I like the atmosphere here . The staff is very kind and friendly. I’m a foreigner but I don’t feel comfortable to be here at all. The positive vibes make me feel comfortable and peaceful.
First time visiting this Nero, every single member of staff I have interacted with is honestly so nice great customer service here and they listen to every want and need. On top of this the atmosphere is a great place to be.
Lovely place. We usually visit every weekend with our dog and every single member of staff we’ve met have been first class. It doesn’t have the feel of a chain cafe, it has a lot of regulars that visit and feels like a friendly local cafe.
I've been here several times over the years that I've lived in Norwich, usually it's completely fine but I came in on a hot day and asked for an iced coffee but I was then given a hot one instead, I pointed this out to which I was told they have no ice left. This is really frustrating and I completely understand that I may have been misheard but to just assume is pretty disappointing :(
I've been going here for a couple years now and every time I've been the staff have been polite and very friendly, the food and drinks have been made to an excellent standard and the atmosphere has been calm and work friendly. I would recommend it to everyone and I will continue going here a few times a week. The staff deserve great praise and I have always felt welcome.

The hot chocolate was unpalatable but the pesto chicken in lattice was delectable!
Early morning and everything was warm fresh, straight out of the oven - great service, so friendly, and I had great company (Paulina). Not my scene until recently but now a bit of a convert thanks to Paulina. Recommend Oat milk in your coffee and I had a raisin swirl, really nice - can recommend the porridge with honey and seeds. Enjoy
Very friendly staff and clean venue. Parking isn’t great, but you can make it work if you’re patient. Food and drinks are ace with vegan options too. Rated four stars due to cobwebs - it wasn’t Halloween when I visited :)
