Great coffee and food. Just what you would expect from a Cafe Nero. Hats off to the staff, the place was very busy but they managed to get everyone served in good time and still have smiles on their faces.

Pointless having a coffee shop in a clothes store that accepts cash but then you refuse it . So can't even pop in and grab a drink when shopping. Waste of time

Very happy with the service I got. Have an app that allowed me once a month to get a free coffee and was told I could have any coffee I wanted so I got a chi late which wasn't in the deal so I got it from free.

Nice modern store, just prone to queues. Handy to pop in if you're on St Stephens St or Chapel field shopping centre. There is another older, larger Cafe Nero in House of Fraser too, with far more seating and more than one toilet,so if you'd prefer more space?

I come to Caffe Nero fairly regularly, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They're not pushy with their offers and are always happy to help if something has gone wrong or if I have a query. The coffee is so nice and the food is also great, not a lot beats a Caffè Nero apricot croissant!

Such friendly staff here today (Thu 30 Aug 2018). Had a nice chat, kept the queue moving - all-round excellent customer service. Lovely selection of hot and cold food. The cheese and ham croissant I had was toasted perfectly.
