   I loved the atmosphere, cosy army shops, like a cove of hidden treasures. Wonderful staff too, had a lovely chat. I bought a pair of boots right boot size 10 left boot either a size 8 or 9, but definitely a size too small. Will need to come in and swap the left boot, but mistakes will happen when you’re busy. But other than that the place is amazing. Would gladly refer it to others to have a gander.

   Enjoy going here. A real aladins cave of military items, clothing. Have bought plenty from here in recent years. Recently bought some Brandit Cargo trousers slim fit. Love them.. Bought Black but available in Navy, Olive aswell

   First time I’ve ever felt I needed to leave a review. Bought some boots online and when they arrived with an issue, I contacted the lovely people at Becketts who told me that there were no replacements available, so at no extra cost sourced me a new pair from Germany. Top class, speedy customer service. Definitely recommend.

   Went into the store today with a mate after just starting out in airsoft. Neither of us were particularly knowledgeable in what we were looking for. But the guys at Becketts made everything so much simpler. Nothing was too much for them was helped out throughout choosing footwear and clothing. Any questions we had were answered straight away. A fantastic array of products in the shop and as I have said before nothing was too much for them to help. This is exactly how any shop should treat their customers. Even thought it was our first time their felt like we had been customers for years

   The shoes are as described (Grade 1) on website. Only very small wear on heel but otherwise like new. The UK size 9.5 fits nicely on my feet and they are a nice dress shoe with tough looking soles and heels. It was a nice touch when I found a hand written note inside the shoe from Chris at Becketts thanking me for the order. Time will tell if the shoes will last but from initial inspection they look very durable.

   AVOID, ordered some boots over 3 months ago and was told they would be sent out when they have ordered them in, I wanted a refund but I could not get a response, I then sent an email saying I’m guessing il have to wait then, and got a response straight away, had to keep chasing them up week after week and they said they would defiantly be throwing a free gift in when they send them out, to then receive said boots and nothing else, emailed them about what this free gift mite be for them to go back on what they said to which was no fault of ours! Anything for a sale and no refunds will be issued avoid!!
