   I've always given this shop a miss, since their stock is very overpriced, and I usually get better quality, far cheaper clothes from Dogfish; However, today i walked past to see that they had a rummage sale on outside their store. I picked out a nice looking t-shirt from a box labelled £15, and took it to the counter. It was snatched from me by the guy working there, who told me with a grin that it shouldn't have been on sale. He was condescending, rude and patronising. He didn't try to offer any concessions, nor try to make the situation up to me in any way. I will be avoiding this shop at all costs in future, and I recommend every else does too. if i could give 0 stars, I would.

   Do not bother, if you return items they will not refund you. Even after multiple calls where I was friendly and trying to resolve the situation. Where they will say that the refund is coming and they’re ’just checking’. Then their phones stopped working they also don’t reply to any emails. They may even have gone bust, if you look on companies house you can see they’re not organised. They are doing this to take you out of the PayPal buyer protection window. Take this as a warning..so many other good stores to support

   Shambolic scammers - still waiting on a refund after 43 days even though their T&C's say to expect a refund within 14 days. Returned a pair of Karhu Fusion trainers to them on the 9th September 22, chased up the refund by email (of which they claim they didn't receive), eventually got through to them by phone, told me refund would be issued the next day, which it wasn't. Opened a PayPal case against them - they are now stating that in order for me to get a refund from them I must close the PayPal case. This should be a warning to anyone looking to buy online from Main Source not to.

   I have made an order which after 10 days was still pending to be shipped. I have sent an e-mail to Main Source asking if there was any problem and it was said to me that the product ran out of stock to which I asked how to proceed now: if they would have stock in the near future or they would refund me. After 25 days now (from the order) I have sent several e-mails and tried to call them and still no reply, money or clothes!

   My 13 year old son popped into the store while I was next door. The lady working at the store, possibly the owner, treated like a regular customer and didn’t patronise him. Helped him with sizes and suggestions of what brands of clothing would fit him and which brands they stocked the smaller sizes of trainer in. He felt so chuffed as has more disposable income than I do so it was nice for him to be treated properly as he had money to spend. Will definitely shop online here going forward as we were only visiting Norwich. Highly recommend a visit to this store. They also stock quite a lot of limited edition stock too… thank you Nicky
