   We had a lovely meal at Bella Italia tonight. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed every part of it. Our server, Ilona, was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better server. The manager was also fantastic — very welcoming on our arrival and he made sure we were well looked after throughout the evening. The whole team made the experience feel relaxed and special. We’ll definitely be back!

   Went for our Christmas girly lunch and despite it being so busy Sharon was so attentive and so lovely and helpful. Food was lovely as always 10/10 service and food! We will be back. Thank you Sharon and the cheeky person who greeted us ☺️

   Sharon our waitress was amazing, we weren’t rush and it was a lovely at atmosphere. They couldn’t do enough for us, would massively recommend. Also had a lovely friendly “cheeky” waitress greeting us who took over and she also made our experience. Food was also 10/10 xxx

   I had an amazing time at Bella Italia Norwich Red Lion Street today. Our waitress Ilona was so friendly and kind, she has great customer service skills and made our visit even better! When staff are so welcoming, it makes all the difference! We will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and came out very promptly. Thank you Ilona and the rest of the Bella Italia team :)

   Everything was perfect. The servers we had were fantastic, helpful and informative. The food service was quick and the cocktail was delicious. The place was very clean, and was such a good atmosphere even though it was busy. Overall a fantastic visit.

   Our favourite restaurant. We have used many vouchers for meals, so it's affordable and have come back most weeks. Food is always delicious. We usually have a starter and main. Garlic bread to start to share. Glass of wine is normal price. Main course I have had many, calzone, pizza, spaghetti with prawns and macaroni cheese.

   Ordered a £12 Margherita pizza today, having not eaten at Bella Italia for over 10 years. Might be another 10 years before I try it again - wilted greens scattered over a chewy, cold, poorly-seasoned mess of a pizza with a texture like a flip-flop. Tragedy. Avoid.
