“A popular Italian but for very good reason! It’s only a small place so I was lucky to be able to secure a small table later into the evening without a reservation. The service was both attentive and fast throughout my short visit. There’s a good number of pizzas available to suit most taste, plus the staff were willing to make small changes. The 12 inch was a good size and was cooked perfectly, with the smoked beef choice having right amount of topping. A really independent vibe with nice atmosphere, I’d highly recommend and will certainly be returning next time I’m in the town.”

“We recently hired Luca to cater for our evening food at our wedding, from our first contact with Luca everything was seamless and easy to sort. The pizzas served on the night were great and catered for all of guests dietary needs. All our guests loved the pizzas and were even asking for more to take home! “We visited ‘The Bird’ during a stay with family, it was brilliant. Fantastic menu in a spacious and beautiful restaurant/bar. The staff were without exception friendly, polite and attentive to all our requests. It was a pleasure to be there and without doubt be returning. “We had a holiday in the local area and tried this pizza/kebab shop. The staff were really friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and great quality. We had a pizza, chips and a combination kebab which was ready quickly and tasted very nice. We would revisit when next in the area.”

“Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed! Unfortunately a lot of the stalls were closed due to horrendous weather over the weekend, but it didn’t dampen the experience. The majority of the indoor stalls were still trading, and we had a browse and purchased a few lovely items. Will definitely be returning in the summer for the full experience!”

“We had a lovely meal at Bella Italia tonight. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed every part of it. Our server, Ilona, was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better server. The manager was also fantastic — very welcoming on our arrival and he made sure we were well looked after throughout the evening. The whole team made the experience feel relaxed and special. “Delivered 8 miles up the road to Stalham boatyard. Food was surprisingly warm upon arrival and followed delivery instructions perfectly. Tasted like actual pizza instead of cheap kebab shop stuff. Garlic bread was also really nice. Would order again!”

“My partner, a friend and I had a lovely meal here with nothing I can think to criticise. We really enjoyed the food and drinks, but best of all was probably our waitress Libby, who goes above and beyond to assure a positive customer experience. Service is friendly, attentive and fast. We didn’t have to ask for any extras or more drinks etc as these were offered to us frequently throughout our visit. Would highly recommend this restaurant for excellent service & food/drinks, as well as good value for money. Will definitely be back again soon!”

“I ordered over 15 pizzas from Fireaway to be delivered to our wedding. They have no problems with large orders and also had great vegan and gluten free options. I would definitely recommend using them to cater for events as they are one of the few in Norwich that can cater for big parties and can easily deliver even more than we ordered. They were very reasonably priced and delivered on time. Our guests loved the pizzas and ate them so quickly that I didn't even get a chance to photograph them! We are very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.”
