“Only proper döner kebab in Norwich. Meat sliced thin with real red and white chili and garlic sauces, not the prefab mayo and Thai sweet chili or, god forbid, ketchup they serve in other places.”

“The Fat Mexican Chicken Burger was incredibly flavourful. The crunchy chicken, jalapenos, tortilla chips and sauces combined perfectly without overpowering each other. It felt like a gourmet burger at a very fair price. Delivery was fast too. Highly impressed and definitely recommending to friends and family.”

Food is prepared by Italian master chef who is talking to the customers about the ingredients, their source and origin, how to prepare and mix them. You will be served by Italians with a smile and genuine care about your experience. You will feel like you are in Italy with the whole dedication to the excellent food and fanatic service. If you go to Norwich, make sure you have booked your table there. You can thank me later. I recommend it with my whole heart and will visit them every time I get in the town.”

“I've eaten here twice now, once on a Saturday evening and once on a Sunday lunchtime. On both occasions I found both the food and service to be exceptional. The staff were both helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I live 45 minutes away, but the food was so incredibly good that I happily travelled that far a second time, and I would happily travel there again and again. The burrito was delicious, as was the roast dinner. I also liked the fact that they have vegan drinks on the menu. In the future I would be very interested in attending one of their cookery classes.”

The food was quick to arrive, very generously portioned and delicious! The Korean fried chicken was better than any I'd had in London. “I had such a fantastic time at The Blue Joanna! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was especially impressed by the vegan options on the menu. I think either the banana blossom or the buffalo cauliflower were my favourite meals. But then again, everything I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s always such a treat to find a place that takes plant-based dishes seriously, and they really delivered. The service was lovely throughout. It was friendly, attentive, and relaxed. What made the evening even more special was when the staff sang happy birthday to another table. It was such a thoughtful touch and a lot of fun to experience as well! Highly recommend for a cozy night out with great food, kind people, and a bit of fun. I’ll definitely be back!”

“One of my favourite places on the market! Go for the vegetable empanada with salad or chips - you can’t go wrong! The staff at Cocina Mia are so friendly and accommodating and are super efficient with getting your food to you even when they’re busy at the weekends :)”

“Me and my partner had THE most amazing dining experience at The Courtyard! I’ll firstly start with the atmosphere, it’s fantastic! Such a small intimate diner with the most fantastic cook and such a friendly owner! There are 6 tables inside when we was there tonight and each one of us was all chatting away! The wine recommendation we got from the owner really blew our heads off with the beautiful sweet taste (I’ll attach a photo for anybody interested) And lastly the food… wow. One word, Speechless. Out of this world food! I personally recommend the carbonara!!! Overall I now understand why the reviews are so brilliant for this restaurant. One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had and to top it all off it is so so reasonably priced! I would have paid double for the experience we had tonight. Couldn’t recommend enough , we will definitely be back soon. Thank you very much The Courtyard :)”

“I have been wanting to come here for a while. We had a lovely warm welcome on a dark damp night. Warm environment with a young vibe and good music. The burgers are nice but can be a little hard to eat with their size and wetness. Very enjoyable meal and look forward to returning in the future.”

“My friend and I came here to try the pizzas and they did not disappoint. The toppings where super flavoursome and the pizza was very filling. The venue itself feels a bit like a fever dream - very engaging and has a great vibe. As graphic designers, the copy writing on the menu was also very fun for us to look at. “5 Stars doesn't do it justice. If you want a home cooked meal where absolutely everything is made fresh to order, this place is for you. You can tell how passionate the chef is by the food, I had the smoked salmon pasta and it was incredible. Other reviews say the pork is amazing, so that's a safe choice. Don't be fooled by the outside as well, it's quite cozy inside and the service is amazing. Would say that if you are an impatient person and want quick food with a group of other people joining you, you can go to a fast food chain instead. We had 9 people in total, and two people in our group started complaining to others in our group about the wait time (we had waited about 50 mins), then they were instantly shut up when they tasted the food. Would come here as a tradition every year if I could. Great food, nice people, maybe a bit pricey but generally speaking probably the best restaurant in Yarmouth. 12/10.”

“It's always a risk to take your Italian mum to an Italian restaurant abroad, because you never know what you will find. In this case, we could not have made a better choice. We ate one of the best mussels dishes we have ever tried, and the pizza, made by the authentic Neapolitan chef, had nothing to envy to the pizza you try in Italy. The pasta, which is home-made, is wonderful. And portions are very, very generous, just like you to have if you were invited to an Italian family's home. They told us they actually important ingredients, including the flour, from Italy. And you can definitely taste the difference. Our host was also wonderful and made us feel very welcome and at home. We could not recommend this place more! We will be back. Italian approved!”

“We were 5 for lunch and ordered 2 starters to share and 1 main each. Incredible Italian food - everything well prepared, delicious and large portions. More than enough food for everyone (we didn’t even had space for dessert). As starters: Burrata, fig, rocket & almond pesto, honey focaccia and Beef carpaccio. As mains: - (1) Parmesan Agnolotti, Tuscan summer truffle - (3) Tagliolini, shellfish bisque, sea herbs, basil & bottarga - (1) Ondine, lamb shoulder ragu, rosemary pangrattato & salted ricotta Very nice environment, elegant and well decorated. Staff were nice and attentive. They easily accommodate us for Sunday lunch however I recommend to book in advance.”

The salad bar is extensive and full of lovely Brazilian dishes! All of the meat is really good quality and staff are quick to come round with the next meat option. The rump steak, pork belly and minted lamp were firm favourites. Definitely worth the money and would definitely visit again!”

“Spending an unplanned day in Norwich I fancied an English style restaurant lunch. Bishop’s was the first one I found among the huge range of international options. I used the online booking system but this failed to get through to the restaurant. However, there was no drama and we were seated without any delay. The service from the owner was first class as was the 3-course set lunch menu. Each dish was special and I picked up a few new ideas to try myself at home. A great experience and the set menu was excellent value for money.”

“This place is genuinely one of Norfolk’s best kept secrets. Stunning food, fantastic point and excellent service. We will happily travel from Attleborough to collect a takeaway from here. They were super accommodating to us when we arranged a surprise dinner for my dad with friends who had travelled up from LA and they opened up the restaurant especially for us on a night when it would have otherwise been closed. A gem of a restaurant!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Chopstix Norwich! I visited Chopstix at Gentleman’s Walk and had a fantastic meal. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. I tried a mix of dishes — vegetable noodles, caramel chicken, salt & pepper chicken, and sweet & sour chicken — and everything was delicious. The caramel chicken was my favourite, but honestly, everything was very tasty! The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and well presented, and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend Chopstix to anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal in Norwich. Great value for money too!”
