Great local restaurant in Beccles well worth a visit. Friendly staff great choice on menu great service. Nothing to much trouble. Food service great all delivered hot with 12 of us ordering different dishes. Brilliant standard we love coming to this place 25 stars always
We were in Beccles to celebrate our anniversary. I chose the restaurant because of its good reviews and said we were coming to celebrate our anniversary. No notice or acknowledgment was made of our occasion. Food was average. Pleasant atmosphere. Outside looks shabby and needs to be repainted to make a more attractive facade. A rather disappointing evening.
A lovely intimate Italian style restaurant with friendly and cheerful staff. Reasonable prices for excellently served dishes. The marinated olives for nibbles with drinks were tasty, but the bread, with balsamic and olive oil, came toasted for some reason. Serving fresh bread with this would make a vast improvement.
This is not a very big place and they only seem to have one sitting. They opened at 6 and we were booked in for 6:30. Every table was full but it wasn't too noisy and there was some background music but it wasn't too loud. We all really enjoyed our food and had a lovely evening. Our waitress was really good too, although she kept telling us that she didn't work there any more she had just been called in to help out. Parking nearby wasn't easy, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. My only complaint is that I was sat on a bench seat and it wasn't very comfortable. It was ok after I folded my coat and sat on that though. I let my wife and my sister sit on the chairs opposite and they didn't have any complaints about their seats.
Excellent venue. Has real authentic Italian character. Staff very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Food extremely good value and lovely fresh home made pizza. Good choice on menu and although restaurant is small, has a lovely genuine atmosphere, so much more appealing than a chain. Highly recommended.

Just been in for a meal it was absolutely amazing staff brilliant aswell. I haven't been in for a few year's but will definitely be back very soon
Lovely little place, serving good fresh authentic Italian food. Good friendly service, nice wine list. We went on Sunday evening of the bank holiday weekend without a booking, we arrived at opening time and were the 2nd table seated. The place filled up nicely even though they had only one reservation and the atmosphere was quite convivial. We were a party of six with two small children but we were still last to leave. Recommended.
A brilliant little Italian restaurant, good food and staff very welcoming. We booked as a party of 6, and nothing was too much trouble. I've been a few times now, and food is always great. Xxx
