Shame, fish portions get smaller and prices go up. Quality has also gone down. Don't think I will be going there again, unless things improve

Shocking portions - Lim’s used to be good now awful. They’ve trimmed the finish to kids portion sizes. This is a regular fish.

No talks apart from taking your orders. Atmosphere relaxed. Sausage, cod ok chips a little over cooked. Not wheelchair friendly. 7 inch step to get in and out. Prices around normal.

Best fish and chips ever, lovely white fish , crisp non greasy batter, not any grease on paper from chips either, all very tasty , pleasant curtious staff, highly recommend.

My Granddad, Ron Henery (R.I.P.), wouldn’t settle for anything but Lims. I’ve been coming here since I was a lad, barely tall enough to see over the counter. Every time I visit Loddon, it brings back cheerful memories. The chips are excellent, and the fish is, without a doubt, the best by a country mile.

Always been good when we have had them. Used them on and off for 40 years!

Excellent fish. We had cod and also saveloy and sausage, all well enjoyed. The curry sauce and mushy peas were great too. Crunchy and yummy chips to boot. Perfecto!

We love these chips sooo much that we now travel from Ludham since moving so we can still have them. The cod is always perfect. The batter is lovely and crispy. We use this chippie every Thursday and have NEVER had a bad chip. The quality has stayed even though it has new owners. If you like fat greasey chips this isn't for you but if you like well cooked chips it's perfect.
