Delicious pizza. I've got a dairy allergy and it's hard to find decent pizza with vegan cheese but this is one of the best I've ever had. The kids enjoyed the children's menu too + live music added to the atmosphere

This is a really nice small pizza shop with nice decor and the food is amazing, we went on a Tuesday so was understandably quiet but got fantastic service from the young lady at the bar, I only have 2 things to point out 1) music was very very quiet and when there are only 2 tables in it gives quite a strange feel with the music so low 2) The size of the grilled halloumi side was really small which was a bit disappointing, a huge portion of hot honey but 4 tiny little fingers of halloumi...

Warm welcome and engaging staff who had time for friendly banter! I was a walk in solo diner and was offered a table inside straight away but I chose to eat outside. I had an anchovy olive and capers pizza which was crisp fresh and delicious also some skin on fries with truffle oil and grated parmesan which were hot crunchy and perfectly seasoned! All in all I had a very pleasant time while there, there were many people going in and out, some for takeaway and some eating in so the buzz line "neighbourhood pizzaria" was true. All you need from a restaurant is great food a pleasant environment and staff who appear to enjoy being there and Lucy's has all of those qualities in abundance! Thank you. Al

We came for a family meal this afternoon. The food was fantastic. The man making the pizzas was friendly and warm and made conservation with us. But the other lady serving was lacklustre. Minimal interaction and communication. There was no pasta available due to lack of staff which wasn’t an issue for us but menu prices had changed but prices not updated on the menu itself. This resulted in extra charges we were not expecting. When questioned these were removed from the bill, but maybe the server could have told us about price changes while we were ordering? I would come back as good great but really expect better service.

Some of the best pizza we've had. Lovely little place, well worth a visit.

Artisan pizzeria Positives: excellent taste, good atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Negatives: pricey compared to other places and relatively small restaurant that fills up fast. Would definitely recommend for date night without the kids, just ensure you make reservations.

I have been to Lucy’s twice now. I can say their cancellation policy is awful if you’re trying to have a larger gathering. They have no mention of charging for cancellation (which we had to do due to covid) yet on the phone they said they would take a fee. I find the food to be bland. I haven’t been since they added pasta to the menu. The restaurant itself is very cute inside and well maintained. Their pizza oven itself is a beautiful. My favourite bit about Lucy’s is their garden in the back, the only downside is the terrible art on the back wall that really kills the vibe. It’s a lovely garden I don’t want to feel like I’m in a New Jersey outlet mall.

I’ve lived in Italy for 2 years and I missed the taste of a classic Italian style pizza. This place hits the spot. The dough was perfectly cooked soft and springy, the tomato sauce was superb just the right amount of seasoning, and it was fresh even to my door. Best pizza place in bury st edmunds if you’re look for authenticity!

Our food was tasty but the small salad was on the expensive side. The service could be improved upon. We were welcomed on arrival but no-one came during our meal to check if all was okay. I had a problem cutting my pizza and could not attract anyone's attention for a sharper knife. It wasn't until I almost finished that I realised there were pizza wheels available as they were offered to the table next to us. They were also asked if everything was okay with their meal! Would we return? Possibly if we were in the area again.
