   Ordered food and they forgot some of my order and I called up and they say there too busy so can they take money off of my next order? Which will just go under the radar anyways as there’s no way there keeping track of that but I said no I’d like it delivered please and there never brought it. Brilliant cheers pal

   Please avoid at all costs. I ordered from them and genuinely felt like I was going to lose my money. To be honest, the food is yet to still arrive, so I probably have. It’s over 1.5 hours late. I recommend genuinely avoiding at all costs. It’s been appalling service and so stressful. They have repeated the food has been recooked now 4 times. Highly unlikely. I asked for a refund and they said to come in the shop the next day. I have been passed onto 3 different people, genuinely either a scam or just quite useless at what they do.

   I’ve just made a second attempt to place an order with Pizza Time through JustEat, and once again the app tells me “no couriers available.” This is frustrating because Pizza Time use their own delivery service. If JustEat cannot provide a working delivery option for this restaurant, it shouldn’t be listed as available on the platform. Please look into this issue and let me know how it can be resolved.

   Pizza from here has been pretty hit and miss recently, but can safely say I’ll never order again after tonight. Pizza was so undercooked that the toppings slid off, base had holes in and was crumpled and it just looked like it had been sat on. It took over 2 hours to arrive after being ‘misplaced’. Waste of time and money! Tried to resolve with the company and just kept getting passed around on the phone and told ‘that’s just how pizza comes’.

   Pizza was ordered early on a Saturday evening, didn't arrive after ninty minutes. A quick call to the restaurant to be fobbed off with an excuse about how the pizza was delivered to the wrong house and would be delivered soon with a free bottle of wine and three soft drinks. Pizza finally came after two hours from the original order with a bottle of soft drink missing. Multiple pizzas were undercooked with holes in their bases. The toppings had not had the time to attach to their bases as properly cooked pizza would. When we contacted the company we were passed round between multiple people and condescendingly informed that that's just how thin crust pizza comes. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and will not order from again.

   I'm a bit mixed on reviews, as I get great delivery service, but some of their delivery drivers are impolite. Great food, I feel you don't get your moneys worth on extras on pizzas as its way over priced. Either cut your pizza extras prices or give more than youre giving as extras. But tasty food as said nonetheless.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Not a great takeaway and will not be using again. Was looking forward to a family treat of 2 pizzas. Asked AND paid for extra chicken on one but not a single piece of chicken on it. Both pizzas were burnt underneath too. For the amount we paid I would have expected alot better than this. Avoid and go to Pizza plus instead much better in my opinion

   Food is decent, but the customer service left me with a bad taste. I was at work for a night shift and had decided on a takeaway. I could either head out to the chippy or somewhere to get food or just order in from Pizza Time. I chose the latter. After paying £25 for my meal, I received an email stating that it had been accepted and would arrive in 1 hour (approx 11pm). I carried on working and at about midnight I realised my food was still not here. I checked my emails and realised that despite accepting my order, they later emailed me stating that it had been rejected. It was now too late to get food anywhere else and I had to go hungry throughout my entire 12 hour shift. Not only that, but it says that my refund will take 10 days! I've used Pizza Time many times before, but after this I won't be using them ever again sadly. Very unprofessional way to do things, they clearly changed their mind about delivering so late in the night after accepting my order and just rejected it and locked up.
