   We only stopped outside for a drink, they served a few nice cold beers at reasonable rates with table service. We did browse the menu while we were here. Seemed like very fair pricing, and could see the food being consumed by fellow patrons which looked extremely inviting. Unfortunately we didn't have time to stop for the food on the day. Fabulous customer service. Will add it to our 'places to eat" list for next time we're in the area.

   We discovered Bella Napoli whilst holidaying in Suffolk. We were really pleased to find an authentic independent Italian restaurant and was very impressed with the extensive choice on the menu, it was very hard to pick what to go with as so many dishes I wanted to try! In the end my partner and I both opted for a pizza over pasta; he went with a pepperoni one and I went with a create your own with chicken, pepperoni, onion and basis. There was lots of toppings to choose from. When the food arrived it looked delicious and it tasted really good. There was plenty of flavour to it and the ingredients seemed really fresh, the pepperoni slices were stand out! They were both very reasonably priced too at around £10 each which is cheaper than most other pizza restaurants, even chain ones which are not as good! There were 3 sizes to choose from. The staff were friendly and the decor inside was clean and modern. We both really enjoyed our visit to Bella Napoli and really hope they will open up a restaurant in Norfolk next!

   Great food at a sensible price, nice space at this location and a wide variety of dishes. (get the Bella Special) however, as with all three Bella Napolis, the customer service is really what makes it a 5 star experience. A place that remembers it's customers and welcomes them every time they visit, no matter the gap between visits really deserves a place in our hearts. I'm saddened to read some of the negative reviews about supposed racism or rudeness from the staff, I can't believe that at all and I've been a patron since Bella 1 opened on Duke St years ago. can't recommend enough

   Fantastic authentic Italian and pizza, halal too! So hard to find a great Quattro formagi in the the UK, but this was amazing, cooked to perfection, cheesey and not overdone!
