“Cannot fault these guys, food always fresh and hot an if your a regular customer they remember how you like your food. Got a special chicken kebab they remembered not to put peppers on it”

“I ordered over 15 pizzas from Fireaway to be delivered to our wedding. They have no problems with large orders and also had great vegan and gluten free options. I would definitely recommend using them to cater for events as they are one of the few in Norwich that can cater for big parties and can easily deliver even more than we ordered. They were very reasonably priced and delivered on time. Our guests loved the pizzas and ate them so quickly that I didn't even get a chance to photograph them! We are very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.”

“Drove past and ordered on chance so had to wait about 15 minutes. To be expected and worth the wait. The house special pizza was lovely and the kebab meat was generous and tasty without being over spiced. Used whilst on holiday but would visit again if we return.”

I had the pleasure of dining at the forum pizza express yesterday, and I can confidently say that the service we received from our waitress, Tabatha , was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Tabatha made us feel right at home with her warm and welcoming demeanour. She was not only attentive and quick to take our order but also offered thoughtful recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. It was clear that she knew the menu inside and out, providing excellent suggestions for wine pairings and explaining the ingredients with enthusiasm. Throughout the meal, Tabatha checked in on us just the right amount—ensuring everything was to our liking without being intrusive. She had a way of making us feel like valued guests without overwhelming us with constant attention. Her smile and positive energy were contagious, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. What really stood out was her ability to handle a busy dining room with such grace and efficiency. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, she maintained a calm and composed attitude, making sure every guest felt well taken care of. At the end of the meal, we were so impressed with how smoothly everything went. We left not just satisfied with our food, but genuinely impressed by the level of service. “The onigiri was immaculate (as was everything we ordered, it was just a standout item) & the service was excellent too! Any little changes or additions we wanted were made without fuss. Belle listened carefully to our preferences & was a wonderful server. Thank you to the kitchen staff who also worked so hard to make our visit, perfect.”

“We visited here on 31.03.25 and was very impressed with our waitress Saffron. She was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and attentive throughout our visit. She offered to help us with explaining the different deals and best value for money etc. She had no issue with swapping ingredients on our pizza (we wanted to swap the beef for onion, and as they didn't have any spicy pork, we asked to have chicken instead) Once our food was served, we were taking some pictures of each other and our meal etc and she came over and offered to take a picture of us together, which was really nice of her and very much appreciated! I can often feel a bit nervous to ask staff members to take pictures, as I feel awkward and am conscious they may feel nervous to do it, but her offering to take one made things so much easier and it's nice to have for memories. We had already paid for our food as you pay at the start of the meal in this restaurant, so she wasn't doing this just to try and get a tip or anything. Saffron was really friendly throughout our whole visit and seemed very genuine in how much she enjoyed interacting and helping customers, it didn't feel forced or like she was doing it because she had been told to. She was far nicer than the other waitress who greeted and seated us. Saffron really made a difference to our visit. In terms of the food, the pizza was great tasting and really good quality, very plentiful with toppings too. The only criticism would be that the base was EXTREMELY thin, so you could not pick up the pizza without it flopping over and the sauce dripping off. I am not sure if it was so thin because it was a sharing pizza, but I have not known Pizza Hut Pizzas to be that thin before. I would definitely recommend getting the garlic powder topping (which is free of charge) added on if you like garlic, this made it taste even better. It was great value for money, 1 large sharing meat feast pizza with 2 salad bowls and 2 drinks for £27 (I was able to get about £7 discount with blue light)”

“I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for years but visited the Longwater branch at lunchtime today. The lite lunch with a flatbread was lovely and my son had plenty to choose from at the buffet. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the lady who dealt with us. Although the restaurant was quite busy for a weekday lunchtime, she made sure we were ok with the online ordering system and checked to see if all was OK once we had our food. So nice to eat out where the staff are a pleasure as well as the food. Thank you!”

“Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years as the ones where I used to live closed! So having moved to Lowestoft we thought we would try it. It was a Friday evening, not very busy and food was lovely and staff friendly. We both got salad from the unlimited salad bar which was fresh, well presented with lots of choice, pizzas were nice as was fries. As we went for a deal we saved room for pudding so took half the pizza home for lunch next day (which went down nicely!). The puddings again were nice, only thing my husband ordered warm brownie but it wasn't warm, still nice. Would definately recommend and definately we will return at some point.”

“Had a delivery a few months ago. Swiftly delivered with a smile. Good old reliable Domino's consistent standards. I also had a cheesey garlic bread which was delicious and I highly recommend. Shop has ample free parking if you want to collect, but the car park has no lines so people don't park properly.”

“Ordered from Just Eat this evening and thought my girlfriend and I would try a new kebab house. We ordered: Small BBQ chicken pizza, Cheesy chips and a chicken wrap. Everything was fairly priced, what did stand out was that the chicken wrap was a couple quid more expensive than average however when i ate it, the price made sense. Great distribution of filling, hot and they used a thin naan bread as the wrap. The cheesy chips were the sort of chips that would make your night if you had them on a night out. Brilliant. Great reviews of the pizza from the other half. Just to round it all off, the delivery woman was really kind, they also chucked in a free cheesy garlic bread pizza which was sensational.”

“Very rarely do you get something good, fast and cheap, infact arguably the days of good value are long past us, a relic of the 90’s… except for Rominos. Someone commented previous that the kebab feast deal fed their family of 5 easily, I’m not surprised. It turns out you really can have it all, as long as what you want is a kebab feast and you’re local. I was going to move out of this area, might not bother now.”

“Great food, great staff and the manager is the friendliest, most hard working person. Food is freshly prepared and cooked and the place is always clean and tidy. If you get delivery through Uber, Deliveroo or Just eat and it doesn't turn up or turns up late, it's not their fault, it's the fault of the courier service. I can't fault Papa Johns in Lowestoft.”

“I spent the last week browsing Facebook and Gumtree in search of a reasonably priced smart TV for a bedroom. Unfortunately, most of my inquiries for more information or to check if the items were still available either went unanswered or took too long to get a response.
