Ever since it's refurbishment, there seems to be hardly any staff, especially at the till area where it's needed. The self checkout always has issues and you're left waiting ages for someone to help you. There is an option to click and collect to save you time but I worry there would be no staff to deal with the collection so wouldn't be as convenient as its meant to be. This store really needs to sort their staffing out.

The refit has created quite a cold sterile store rather than a friendly local coop. I realise shoplifting is rising but the vibe has become quite Orwellian and security is obviously their main concern. Greengrocer is opposite and is friendly and nice

I set out for a walk hoping I could buy a stamp. I get here only to be told stamps cannot be sold individually. I told them I only needed to post one item, and they said sorry and suggested I tried going to a different coop… where no doubt I would probably be told the same thing. Great way to look after your members, and the second time I tried buying food there it turns out they’ve temporarily shut for a refurb. Maybe update your opening hours next time?

14.03.2023 Small store with only 2 checkouts and 2 self-service tills. Small tobacco counter. Wide aisles, not much range of produce but essentials are there. Amazon lockers to the right of the store. Wouldn't return unless I was in the area. Shopping complex is very run down, badly needs modernising.

Sent my (minor) kid down to buy a packet of spaghetti, nothing more, and they asked him to show his ID! Totally unnecessary and probably illegal. Be prepared to have your family and personal privacy violated if you shop here.

I live in the flats that surround this shop and I don't like using the co-op unless I absolutely have to. They have gotten really expensive on everything. £1.20 for veg that I can get elsewhere for half the price. £1.75 for four pints of milk that's their own brand! Queuing is usually long and tedious. Their value range shot up in cost despite being budget items. Disgraceful price increases and using the wars in Europe as an excuse constantly.

For a small shop it holds alot of products, the shelves are usually fully stocked up, there is also a amazon locker inside the shop, there is also a small freezer section and also fresh produced has good opening times. Watch out for the carpark make sure you park within the white lines as I have heard they may issue you with a ticket. The carpark is run by a private parking company that surrounds the Co op, I belive that Co op isn't associated with it in any way. There is a place to park your bicycle. Its a good all round shop.
