I have enjoyed a few meals here now with my children and food is delicious… but it’s the people and the service that makes it such a lovely place to go to. Additionally….after another fab meal, at the weekend my little girl left behind a toy and the guys today couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful with finding it today though it was lunchtime and busy. Thank you so much, really appreciated @pizzaexpressforum

Sam, our waiter is incredible. My son has coeliac’s disease and Sam wasn’t too sure about it the first time we went in so he actually spent the time to come over and ask us questions so he could understand even better than training staff as usually provided. We have never experienced this amount of care for my son in any restaurant around the world. Sam is extremely friendly and personable. Excellent service as always. The pizza is divine. All of us had different (part of 7) and every one of us said how amazing it was. The fact they use rice flour for working on means that Pizza Express is coeliac safe. Please keep up the good work. It’s an excellent restaurant with excellent staff and food. We highly recommend Pizza Express for everyone, particularly coeliacs which is a massive bonus.

Staff were friendly and looked after customers well. Everybody seemed to be having fun in a pleasent environment. Food very expensive. My pasta was pleasent enough but so is a quick pasta from Sainsburys at

Sophie and Grace helped support a massive charity fundraising event by providing pizzas for the hungry and cold volunteers. Fantastic pizzas, lovely people and great that they were able to help pitch in and support fundraising for Star Throwers. Thank you!

Exceptional Service - A Truly Memorable Dining Experience! I had the pleasure of dining at the forum pizza express yesterday, and I can confidently say that the service we received from our waitress, Tabatha , was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Tabatha made us feel right at home with her warm and welcoming demeanour. She was not only attentive and quick to take our order but also offered thoughtful recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. It was clear that she knew the menu inside and out, providing excellent suggestions for wine pairings and explaining the ingredients with enthusiasm. Throughout the meal, Tabatha checked in on us just the right amount—ensuring everything was to our liking without being intrusive. She had a way of making us feel like valued guests without overwhelming us with constant attention. Her smile and positive energy were contagious, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. What really stood out was her ability to handle a busy dining room with such grace and efficiency. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, she maintained a calm and composed attitude, making sure every guest felt well taken care of. At the end of the meal, we were so impressed with how smoothly everything went. We left not just satisfied with our food, but genuinely impressed by the level of service. Tabatha truly went above and beyond, and her exceptional service made our evening one to remember. Thank you, Tabatha for making our experience at pizza express so memorable. We'll definitely be back!

The food at Pizza Express is consistently excellent across their restaurants and this one is no exception. Service was pretty quick and friendly. The restaurant overlooks Millennium Plain, so offers a nice view, but that comes at the expense of any kind of cosiness. It's got more of a hospital canteen vibe to it. When I last visited, there was no access to toilets, which are on the ground floor of The Forum - not really acceptable.

Nice location , food was okay , good pizza . Starter not so nice . One waitress Dabi or Gabi young foreign girl was lovely and very hard working . The rest especially a young girl covered in tattoos were very lazy . We waited like other people over 20 minutes to get served while she and friends were busy gas bagging .

We had lunch here we thought it looks baby friendly lots of kids around we were seated by this young lady with dark hair, we thought her service was exceptional, except our food wasn’t what we expected, we waited almost an hour for our food to arrived some people sat down after us and got their food before us. My wife have dietary restriction so we asked for a pasta dish with alternative cheese and stuffs. The pasta came as if they were left over, pasta was broken and overcooked(I shared photos of before and after), sauce was ok but burnt and they forgotten the cheese we thought. My wife said I could cook better at home then this, so we asked the young lady who served our table she was real nice and handled it professionally. We waited not long for the second and pasta was much better. Btw the Romano pizza was very thin and sloppy idk whether is the same across other stores but try avoid it go for classic instead. Three stars all go to the service.

Gets quite busy during the day so booking is a must. Lots of light wherever you sit with good views. Ample staffing usually who are attentive. Good tails and interesting sides and mains. Excellent location. Would recommend.
