   really welcoming staff who made our experience special, even when there was a quiet restaurant by bringing out beautiful pizzas (whoever made that posh margherita at 2pm- that was the most delicious pizza I have ever eaten and you deserve a raise- from a fellow chef, talent!) amazing food and super super clean everywhere, theres a serve yourself cutlery bar which is lovely so you don’t have to awkwardly ask for more cutlery, and takeaway boxes available to take away some of your buffet. Truly a lovely, hardworking team of staff who provide the best in small places! Thank you so much for making my birthday special and make me feel cared for by my childhood restaurant, definitely go here for a bite!!!! Also super super affordable (:

   Went in and waited for so long for assistent to show me to a table that I had to check with the couple in front of me that they were waiting for attention as well. (the place was not busy). Was shown to a table and was explained that this pizza hut was totally digital, order and pay by scanning the QR code on the table. I ordered my food which included free help your self salad and serve yourself drink. On pre paying I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip? For what! I sat at a very sticky table fetched my own knife and fork and waited for a glass and the ordered pizza. Pizza was just about average. Toilets were up three flights of stairs with one soap dispenser empty and just hanging on the wall. So most people were using the single disabled toilet on the ground floor. This wasn't a pleasant eating experience for just over £20

   We did the buffet but the place was full of wasps. The staff were unfriendly. The buffet selection was mostly empty (it wasn't busy despite being told tables were booked but no-one actually turned up) one member of staff rolled his eyes after we asked if the buffet was still running. Full buffet selection available as we left when restaurant was practically empty. I have complained to pizza hut directly but I've heard nothing!

   This is the worse Pizza Hut I have gone too you can’t order from a waiter you have to do it from an app what is really confusing yeah I am all for the future but all the waiter do is serve your food and clean tables some of them looked like they didn’t enjoy going there the ice cream factory does not even make ice cream it’s like milky slop I would not go it again

   food was good. didn’t like that the waiters don’t ask for your orders as it’s done online now. bit confusing was all. ordered a cookie dough bday pudding as it was one of our birthdays and it took about 30 mins to arrive because every time we asked staff about it they said they’d go check and never came back.

   I had high hopes with Pizza Hut as it used to be a regular with the family a few years ago.... seen as it was half term, we had decided to have an afternoon in gravity followed by some food in Pizza Hut, once we had walked in we stood to be greeted and seen to our table, this seemed to take an age as whoever was front of house clearly had other ideas. Eventually, we were seated, chose our food, and it arrived swiftly and was hot tasty. The staff really had no enthusiasm and kind of felt like they were being made to work against their will! On three occasions, we had to go up and get their attention for cutlery, dessert, and for a takeaway box, not once did they ask if everything was OK. I hate to leave a bad review, but ultimately, I am spending my hard earned money and just expect a few little "come to be expected" touches.

   Waitress very nice Food portions are not that big considering the cost Pizza is ok Drinks ok Desserts fairly small Service was decent. Young ladies very polite. Just the food was rather underwhelming. I could spend similar for better and bigger somewhere else or equally get the Same for less else where. Salad very average People come for pizza generally as it’s a social meal that’s filling. We only received 50% of that statement

   Whilst this is your usual Pizza Hut with the same food you’d get in any other Pizza Hut (we’ll consistency is what they’re going for so 10 out of 19 for that) the staff are what made this that extra special. Really friendly and accommodating. We had a nice relaxing meal with some nice interaction with the staff and a little friendly joking. Thanks for a great experience.

   So we decided to try big pizza hut.... No message that order is ready to collect earlier (it was !stone cold!, picked it up exactly when it was supposed to be ready). Big sharing fries for two it's literally 40 pieces,putty for 4£. Now the big pizza for two with extra 3 cheeses and extra bacon which I didn't find anywhere. It's only dough, the onion is left over product from some factory probably, far end pieces and this is it. Toppings consisted of 6 pieces of microscopic mushrooms,nowhere to find chicken meat from the order pic, the sauce for base is completely missing! It's the worst pizza I have ever tried, and I eat a lot of pizza. Please ppl, avoid at any cost. If I eat the box it would be better... Very sad story.
