   Ordering from Pizza Gogo was a complete mistake. The food quality was terrible — the taste was awful, nothing felt fresh, and it was honestly disappointing from the first bite. The order arrived late, the service was careless, and it felt like the staff had no interest in customer satisfaction at all. With this level of poor quality and unprofessional service, I won’t be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   This was no pizza I waited an hour and five minutes for delivery and the pizza cost me Nothing There was nothing on it and it was neither warm nor tasty I just gave my money away People don't do it This is the worst pizza and I don't like it at all If you want to get a pizza Get it and make sure and give your money away This pizza is not worth it at all Even if I had the chance I wouldn't give it one to one star It's not the worst pizza in life Don't buy it

   I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Go Go. I ordered three vegetarian pizzas, and despite clearly stating that I am a strict vegetarian, they gave me pepperoni pizzas instead. This is the second time this has happened, which is completely unacceptable. Serving meat to a vegetarian customer after being clearly informed is not just careless — it shows a serious lack of attention and respect for customers’ dietary requirements. Mistakes like this are not minor; they completely ruin the meal and make the food impossible for me to eat. I expect basic competence and responsibility from any food establishment, and Pizza Go Go has failed twice. I will not be ordering from them again unless they take customer instructions seriously and improve their quality control.

   I am shocked by the level of carelessness. I clearly ordered a vegetarian pizza, yet I was given a non-veg pizza. This isn’t a “small mistake” — it is a serious and unacceptable failure on the part of the restaurant. Food preferences, dietary restrictions, and beliefs must be respected. Mixing up veg and non-veg shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. It could have caused major issues for someone with strict dietary rules. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in your service. I expect much better from any establishment handling food.

   Fact of the matter is, there has never been a more evenly crispy edge on any 15" thin crust pizza I have yet enjoyed. Nor value for money, I can create my own 15" thin crust pizza perfectly artisan prepared and delivered to the 5 star atmosphere of my own place for under £15 (+1.99 for delivery)... Gentlemen, perfection. Every time.

   Was told my card was declined and asked to pay again. In reality, I have been charged twice. When I called to chase this the man said he couldn't help because he didn't understand. I have also emailed I need this rectified. The only reason I have given more then one star is the pizza was amazing. If management can sort this issue I'd happily change my review.

   Honestly best tasting pizza but the time they take to deliver is shocking nearly 2 hours every single time. Food perfect service is about as good as terminal cancer place needs sorting out badly!!!

   It's a shame I can't leave zero stars. Not only did you deliver a large pizza burnt and missing one topping but your sorry excuse of a replacement was a SMALL , and missing the stuffed crust as originally ordered. Oh and not even a refund on the difference. *Heads up btw this place doesn't do refunds or anything so your money is gone if you're dissatisfied* Edited to add, after two weeks of emailing their customer service' I haven't heard anything from them.

   Driver showed up didn’t ring the bell phone is or knock on the door but proceeded to walk into our home pizza taste okay but service is appalling. Phoned to inform the manager who’s response was “it’s your fault for not locking the door” would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely Disgusted!!!
