   Food arrived half hour after leaving the shop, when live only 10minutes away, all food was cold on arrival, our kebab feast, mixed meat kebab was dripping in fat. Tried contacting the shop to be told manager gone home and will be in contact tomorrow, this was yesterday, no phone call, tried calling and keep being cut off, have tried going through food hub and the manager is refusing a refund just free cheese garlic bread on next order which they send out over certain amount spent anyway. Will not come here again.

   Pizza was really dry like cardboard garlic pots had all exploded chicken wings were like biscuits I think they had put the whole order in boxes back in the oven to keep it warm and destroyed the whole order! Shame cos I spent £65 the food was probably quite good before someone ruined it by putting it back on/in the oven. There is No email to contact Caister Kebab discretely! I didn’t want to leave a bad review! I wanted to give them a fair chance to make it right! Order D3. Caister Kebab Please get in contact if you would like to make this right and remake our order for me and my family, I’ll happily re review. Many thanks Ben.

   Was issue with online order. Called the establishment and after conversation with them and driver bringing food we received a very delicious food. We are on holiday on a park and had to meet driver at reception but even with the short walk from our van the food was well worth it. Ordered 2x meals and kebabs , portions were generous and food was tasty.so the issue at the start wasn't at the end as the food made up for it. If we holiday here again will order again but now we know to pick up at reception we will allow for the walk time to collect

   Fresh, cooked to order. Great portion size, lots of good flavours. Happy friendly staff/chefs. Would recommend to fellow holiday makers traveling in and around the area Easy parking available outside the shop (30 mins).

   Our order was all wrong, we had 3 things missing and when I rang to complain they were quite rude, the driver returned with a refund but it didn’t cover the cost at all. food was ok but I won’t be using them again.

   Just ordered a chicken shish wrap and a BBQ chicken pizza. Get back to eat and find that instead of chicken it was a lamb shish wrap. We ring to tell them and get accused on the phone that we didn't say chicken, and get told to come collect the order. On arrival my partner was argued at by the owner accusing her of eating the original wrap! Because she didn't bring it back with her when she wasn't told too. She got told that they don't do chicken shish wrap it's just chicken wrap, I'm sorry when someone says chicken and wrap in their order it's obvious what their asking for!! She told him that her chips will now be cold and that the others will have finished their dinner and he didn't care, didn't even offer an apology. We've had trouble here with orders being wrong or wait times of way over an hour. Thought we'd give them another chance. Safe to say won't be giving them another chance, need lessons in customer service!!

   Made an order using the app waited 1 hr and 40 mins for delivery of a chicken and shish and a shish and donner kebab both kebab and chips stone cold very poor quality meat and non of the ordered salad. Have always used Caister Kebab but this is the last time. Disgusting service and food.

   Pre-ordered took 2 hours on a week day. Ordered a vegetarian pizza which was cold, dry and tasteless . Kebab not too bad. Very disappointed don’t recommend. Not happy, cost over £20 for a rubbish meal.
