Excellent pizza from Papa John's! Always fresh ingredients, flavorful dough, and generous toppings. The order arrived quickly, everything was hot and neatly packaged. Thank you, we'll definitely order again!
(I ordered a delivery so I didn’t need service/atmosphere) Ordered one of the large cookies and it was like biting into cement, if I had not have ordered ice cream alongside it, it would’ve been inedible. This is not for people with fragile teeth either because I had to snap it with all of my strength before I could try and chew it. I was really excited for the yummy doughy soft cookie but nope- far too overcooked. I’ll stick to only pizza from here.

You're better off ordering in the morning if you want your food in the evening. It takes around 2 hours for your food to arrive, the delivery tracker is useless and states it is delivered based on the estimated delivery time, not the actual delivery itself, and to be honest the pizza wasn't even that good. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, the second time was the same so they are actually just useless, not just a one off.
I ordered pizza and potato tots The pizza had hardly any toppings on it. all you could visually see was tomato sauce base and a little bit of cheese Barely enough to cover the tomato base Each slice had perhaps three small pieces of topping. To give an example it was like buying the cheapest pizzaTo give an example it was like buying the cheapest pizza available from Tesco smart price range or Asda basics Essentially it was a very expensive Pizza base with tomato sauce and a little bit of cheese. First time at papa John's , never again Pizza hut or Domino's Pizza so much better and you Actually get to eat a decent pizza
Really poor service, poor excuses Delivery was late and stated in just eat that it had been delivered. Spoke to the assistant manager (although then delivery driver said they didn’t have one) and he gave me some excuses about trackers being broken all day, then it was the bridge being shut (we have two bridges one out since early this morning and clearly nothing done to help negate that or the delivery times would of been adjusted on the app) I really wish people would just hold their hands up and be honest about being busy, messing up etc but it seems they can’t at Papa johns Great Yarmouth. It’s seems their honesty and service is aligned with their food hygiene rating of 2! Should of checked that before I ordered, got let down and then spoke to the person who thinks he’s an assistant manager….. clearly his team don’t think the same. Shame you have such a great tasting product which is being let down by really poor poor people. On the plus side Delivery driver was nice and pleasant and the food tasted great.
I have had to chase up my last 3 orders from here. Average delivery time for this restaurant appears to be about 90-120 minutes, even in the middle of the day. Im pretty sure they don't check online orders and don't throw it in the oven until after you call them. My current order says it was delivered 25 minutes ago and still no sign of it. Never again.
shocking delivery times. previously took 2 hours to deliver one pizza and one side, as well as the tracker displaying delivered and then taking another 20 mins. this time it’s been over an hour and it’s just gone into the oven and i have to leave for work soon. not happy at all will not be ordering from this restaurant again, i will go to a different branch. only getting an extra star because of papa john’s themselves having great vegan options.
