Brilliant small restaurant! The staff were friendly and attentive without disturbing us, advised us on our order when we had questions. The food was quick to arrive, very generously portioned and delicious! The Korean fried chicken was better than any I'd had in London. Well worth a visit to this place, they're doing great food and they deserve to be recognised.

A small restaurant with lovely food that comes out quickly. We particularly loved the ability to order at the table and pay straight away. The fried chicken was delicious and the portion size was perfect, the tapas option is recommend if you aren't sure what to get. We would of really liked to have seen some sauces on the table such as a selection of hot sauces and maybe a rice cake option which is always a Korean favourite. I would recommend booking as space is limited and they are very busy.

Managed to walk in right when they open despite having no reservations. Had the army stew which was generous in portion and the crushed pear juice. Food was good. Just one downside is that the restaurant seems to be very busy and concerned about turning over customers (waiters speedwalking here and there) which made me quite stressed to finish my food so that the table can be given to the next in line. But I can understand that's their business style and glad I still managed to try this for my one and only time in Norwich!

My husband and I loved all the food we ordered! Everything was absolutely delicious and prices were very reasonable. We ordered the pork man-doo, chilli KFC (Korean fried chicken) regular size, kimchi, and the Seoul tapas meal. The atmosphere was very cute and cozy as well.

The food was lovely. A small place so only a small number of staff but they were attentive to their customers. There was a bit of a wait to order so as not to overwhelm the kitchen but overall I think it helped to keep the quality of the food high

Fantastic price to quality ratio - we ordered a lot of food and 2 drinks each and it came to about £30 each for 4 of us. The food was really good, quick service and nice, relaxed atmosphere. I’d recommend trying the dumplings and a couple of the KFC dishes with some rice on the side. The noodles were also good but were a massive dish!

This amazing restaurant is behind a little door that is easy to miss amongst the shops around it. My partner and I arrived there for lunch on a Saturday, without booking. We were lucky enough to be accommodated between bookings by the very friendly hostess. As a massive fan of Korean food, I have to say that The Kimchi lived up to my expectations. We ordered the Bibimbap - one beef and one spiced pork. The food was fresh and tasty, and the portion was generous. The only addition I would make is that I would like to see more of Korean art and decor around; it would make the whole experience even more authentic.

Tasty Korean cuisine, in relaxed surroundings with prompt and friendly service. My other half and I visited for a quick dinner prior to seeing a show at the Theatre Royal. A street level entrance leads you straight up some stairs to the restaurant. We had some man-doo vegetable dumplings, a Seoul (BBQ beef) and Pusan (BBQ spicy pork) Korean Tapas dishes; each are accompanied with Korean Fried Chicken, shredded potato banchan, kimchi and rice. This was all exceptionally delicious, especially the KFC, which was cruchy, tender, tasty and had a surprising lightness that belied it's deep fried origins. It was still rich and the kimchi has a freshness that went well with it. We washed it all down with a couple of cans of coke; our only criticism would be for there to be a greater selection of alcoholic beverages, albeit I can appreciate that what was on offer was authentic. The bill was very reasonable too - we will definitely visit again.
