   Really calm and cosy place just next to the cathedral, it wasn't busy at all when me and my friend went so the service was super quick! Our waiter Raf was excellent, checking in on us and offering extra cheese etc. Such a welcoming and warm environment with really delicious food! Can't recommend enough! Will definitely be back!

   Me and my partner ordered one rustica Sofia (not gluten free)and a gluten free margarita, they are a celiac this margarita came with small pieces of their sausage crumbled on the top. This was obviously a great concern for ourselves especially to note that the pizza I had had this on it. so the greater concern was the fact not only was my partners food not meet her dietary needs there is a chance she also had her food contaminated with gluten, we called up and spoke to the help desk, they spoke to the kitchen staff and they were aware of this issue and it was also noted that this was the last order they did so it’s very clear no care was shown and was extremely disappointing

   Lovely food. We took Meat Sophia and King Prawn Linguine. The pizza Meat Sophia was delicious. But didn't like the king prawn linguine much. There was raw taste of tomato. The prawns were delicious though.

   Food was fairly tasty although they did forget to cook one of the meals we'd ordered so one person in our party had to wait while the rest were tucking in - fortunately it was only a pizza so only took a couple of minutes to rectify and they ended up knocking it off the bill at the end so wasn't too upset. Wouldn't stop me going back but I'll be asking the waiter to read back the order before leaving the table next time.

   I had an awesome experience at Zizzi. We didn’t have a reservation but we still got seated in less than 5 minutes. The staff members are all lovely and have good customer service. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food and the food was great. It was my first time having the casareccia pollo piccante with a piccante drink as well; the combination was amazing! The price is relatively okay for a good restaurant in Norwich. I’d definitely recommend Zizzi.
