Lovely shop and staff are always very helpful. Some really good products too. Such a treat going there and the coffee is amazing.

It is always a joy to shop here, the aisles are wider than other supermarkets and if you need something staff is always keen to help. The products are very good quality, even the Waitrose range. The one I go to has a cafe and a pharmacy which is very helpful!

My shopping experience started by being greeted with the image in the picture, I proceeded to the shop and picked up a few bits, the shop was about as tidy as the car park, after looking at a few prices I felt it would have warranted a bit more effort. Range of biscuits for cheese poor, wine and cheese looked good but with rubbish biscuits I decided to put my items back and just take the white burgundy I came in for. I scanned the item and stood for ages while colleagues chatted instead of approving my item, in the end I walked out without purchasing anything. You’re only as good as your last visit and I’m afraid to say, today Waitrose Norwich your shop was appalling.

I was very disappointed with my grapes in my recent delivery. I purchased the red grapes 2 for £4 delivered in Sat 4 October. They were kept in my fridge which is set at 3degrees. On the Monday I opened one pack only to see some mould growing on some of the grapes. I washed them and picked out the worst ones to discard. The remaining grapes were very tasty. However when I opened the second pack a few days later. About a third of the pack was mouldy!! So out if my 2 for £4, I probably only got £3 worth!! This is one of my staples - I’ve purchased from all supermarkets and they usually keep in the fridge for at least a fortnight. These must hav been very wet inside the pack - a nudge to Waitrose to check inside for moisture before they accept them??

This morning, I planned to indulge in an English breakfast at Waitrose, only to find out that this particular store does not offer hot food options. I was quite surprised, considering I had a delightful full English breakfast at another branch recently. A staff member named Bev kindly explained that the limited space in the store prevents them from serving hot foods. She suggested I try their selection of cheese toasties or sausage rolls, which are heated before serving. I chose the tuna and sweet corn toastie along with a mug of hot chocolate for under £10, which I genuinely enjoyed. Bev, who has been part of the Waitrose team for 14 years, was engaging and very knowledgeable, which helped create a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return when I'm in the area, especially since there seems to be an adequate car park available.

friendly staff, fresh veg, cheap fish, nice mix of food, fresh bread and pastries. To improve they should do more price reductions on food near expiry and more sandwich and single cup fizzy drink options.

Waitrose & Partners Norwich at Eaton Centre, Church Ln, Norwich NR4 6NU. There is a cafe inside Waitrose supermarket, whereas the seating area is nice but types of cakes, sandwiches and drinks are very limited.

Went during a busy Saturday so everything was packed! Managed to find most things on my list but also managed to mess up a self checkout machine unimaginably. Staff were quick to assess the situation and get us moved to a manned till where everything was sorted. While waitrose is certainly pricer than I'm usually comfortable with, you certainly get amazing service.

Very poor service. Unhelpful staff. Cafe is rubbish. Can't get a takeaway coffee if you don't bring your own cup. I know they are probably TRYING to look good and be environmental friendly, but most takeaway cups are recyclable anyway... I was even prepared to pay their extortionate prices. Its little wonder that places like McDonald's do well.

It's a shame, when you finish work later than everyone else and when you get to waitrose Eaton they don't have any fresh bread, all you want to do is all of your shopping in one place your are forced to go somewhere else. I find they do have a better selection of organic meats, but if they put something on offer you best get there when they open the doors or have a drop of Irish luck to find anything that you, wanted when you finish work late. I have found some of the staff borderline racist. I like the new layout of there store. There is also a boots pharmacy side the shop, including a photo booth for passport / driving licence photos. The coffee shop is not the best the coffee machine is only bean to cup and is not the best to say the least, the sandwiches are half frozen, and the don't do takeaway coffee only if you bring your own cup.
