   Lucy and Jill were so helpful and knowledgeable in this experience and the customer service they had throughout was incredible. I found my dress in the first visit to the shop, a wild card suggestion from Jill, and came back to try it on again, and I never felt any pressure from them, just a feeling that they wanted what was best for me. They always told me to go with what I wanted and were incredibly supportive. Whenever I had any questions, I could message their instagram and get a very quick reply with a response about my dress specifically. I had a few alteration appointments to get the dress perfect and it was perfect on the day. Thank you so much Lucy, Jill and your seamstress!

   I had the best experience at La Creme. From the moment I walked through the door, Lucy made me feel welcome and relaxed. Lucy showed genuine care towards me and finding me the right dress. Every fitting was handled with such professionalism and kindess and the service I received was truly exceptional. I absolutely loved my dress, being an older bride I was nervous about wearing a full bridal dress but I did feel really good on the day and received compliments from the general public as I walked through the streets of Norwich. Thank you Lucy, you are a star and a credit to Le Creme.

   From the moment we walked into La Crème and were greeted by Lucy we relaxed and knew we were in good hands. She instantly put a nervous bride at ease and the laughter between the pair of them as dresses were tried on began a great rapport. The attention to detail after ‘her ladyship’ was chosen and Lucy’s intuitive understanding of whether the bride to be was comfortable was outstanding. We particularly appreciated the way that part of the brides mothers wedding dress (old) and ‘something blue’ was incorporated into the perfect wedding dress was another example of the personal care taken by Lucy and her seamstress. Looking at photos after the wedding the bride burst into floods of tears. We initially thought tears of sadness as her grandfather died two days after the wedding. Instead it was tears of happiness as she never felt she would look so pretty. As mother of bride, and priest who married Rachel and Farshad I might have been biased. Not only was she pretty but she was beautiful. Thank you Lucy and all at La Crème.

   I had the most amazing experience at La Crème - I visited at first with quite a few family and friends and tried on a few dresses, none of which were quite right. Lucy and Jill were great in that first appointment - they managed my family very well and really focused on what I wanted. Lucy was really patient and listened so well to what I was looking for, and I was gutted that I hadn't been able to find the perfect dress there. I then got an email a couple of days later from Lucy, with a link to the most beautiful dress. She asked if I would be interested in trying it - I said yes and the rest all fell into place! I was just so amazed that Lucy went out of her way to find my dress, which is testament to how well she listened in that initial appointment and how well she knows the dresses that are out there. The rest of the experience was fantastic, I had a few alterations which all went really smoothly, and I loved all of my appointments. In the end, I felt so happy with my dress, it was absolutely perfect and felt so 'me'. Thank you so much to Lucy and Jill. I'm so happy I got to be a La Crème bride!

   I always knew, even as a little girl, that I’d get my wedding dress from here. I admired the dresses in the window every time I walked past, so finally stepping inside was such a special moment. From start to finish, the team made the whole experience unforgettable with their friendly and personal touch. They were so accommodating to all my requests and gave fantastic suggestions without ever being pushy (unlike some other bridal shops I had visited). Their personalities truly made the whole process fun, relaxed, and completely stress-free. I absolutely loved my dress and veil, and I honestly can’t recommend this bridal shop enough!

   I was most amazed and thrilled today with my very first time going to this very lovely and professional bridal shop. Lucy and Jill are the most fantastic, enthusiastic, professional, kind, supportive and most understanding, patient consultants I’ve ever met. They gave me the most amazing and incredible experience I’ve ever received, if I could give them infinity stars I would! Very attentive to delicate detail and so friendly and such a beautiful warm environment to be in and the most beautiful selection of affordable dresses in top notch condition! You both really made my day today, not only was my experience amazing but I went in today thinking I’d have to book but they had a free period to get me in that moment! I was over the moon! Perfect service and very honest opinions and the atmosphere is so so relaxed and calm! They have a fantastic changing room beautifully decorated! If you’re looking for a great wedding dress with the most friendliest and warm consultants please visit La Crème! You’ll never regret the decision!!    I would 100% recommended La Crème to anyone looking for a wedding dress! I ended up choosing the gorgeous dress on the mannequin in the window on the day of my appointment, and it was not a problem to mess up the window display! We had the appointment with Lucy on our first visit, I came with my extremely young son. It was not a problem I had to stop and feed him, I tried on loads of dresses, Lucy listened to what I liked/didn't like/conscious about. Fittings were done at a later date and were stress free. Lucy and Jill gave my mum great advice about what she should wear on the day. My veil was custom made and we must have tried on over 10 - not a problem! What a lovely bridal shop, thank you!

   La Crème is by the far the best. I was in a panic as I was quite late to find my dress. I walked past the shop and Lucy saw me, I explained when my wedding was and I was worried I’d left it too late. Lucy was amazing and reassured me and got me in a few days later for a 1-1 appointment. I met Jill at this appointment and together the both of them made it an incredible experience. They both have such a calming personality and made me feel at complete ease. I’m very shy, so the thought of changing in front of strangers terrified me, but they made the atmosphere feel so safe that I had no worries about it anymore. They have an amazing range of dresses and good price ranges too. They helped me find my perfect dress after only trying on 3! They listened to my insecurities and helped me get my perfect dress and add an alteration to it so I felt 100% comfortable in it. I hand on heart could not recommend a better duo to help you find your dream dress. I miss not having a reason to go go see them anymore as they are both amazing ladies. La Crème brides is the place to go for your perfect dress!

   I had an absolutely wonderful experience at La Creme. This was the first and only wedding dress shop I went to, the collection they have is amazing and I didn’t feel the need to visit anywhere else. Lucy and Jill are so warm and friendly, and gave thoughtful and knowledgeable advice about the styles that would work best for me. No thought, feeling or worry I had was too small. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and there was no pressure at all. The small alternations that needed to be made were done to an incredibly high standard and with a lot of attention to detail. My bridesmaids also had a wonderful time at La Creme and we all agree that the only downside of picking my dress was that we no longer get to hang out with Lucy! 100% recommend!xxx

   I literally can't praise Jill and Lucy high enough. They immediately make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in and there is such a good choice of dresses at La Creme. I'd already visited two bridal shops beforehand but I found the experience at La Creme a lot more personal. They really care about finding your dress and have such a caring, friendly manner. You have the boutique to yourself during an appointment and at no time did I ever feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. After a chat about what my wedding will be like and what kind of styles I like they found me my dream dress and I cannot wait to wear it (in 5 weeks time!) Alterations were carried out quickly too and if I ever had a question they respond so quickly which just made the whole process completely stress free and enjoyable. I'm so happy I found my dress at La Creme and its been a pleasure going to the appointments. I think I will miss seeing Jill and Lucy! Would absolutely recommend La Creme. In fact my best friend will be searching for her wedding dress soon and La Creme is at the top of her list because of my experience. Thank you Jill and Lucy!
