A good hotel, very convenient for Aberdeen airport, great if you are on an early or light flight. Room was good, bar are is a bit sterile but comfy enough, food was good value. Overall I was very happy for the price I paid.

Ok and efficient airport hotel with large rooms. For a longer stay I would recommend other nearby hotels. Taxi situation is difficult as many taxi companies are not allowed to drive onto premises. Inconvenient having to walk to a busy roundabout, trying to find your pre-ordered taxi among others. Breakfast taste good, but a bit sparse selection. For example, I found it a bit odd there was no cheese on offer.

Convenient and cheap but thats about all I have nice to say. Staff was cold and unhelpful. Room was small and didn't have a refrigerator. No pool/hot tub. Breakfast was decent. Parking was very confusing and annoying, no spots for Diamond Elite members either. It is a paid lot (ends up being 10 pounds a night) next door that it tells you is 50 pounds (glad I didn't pay that) but you have to bring your ticket in first to get validated and pay at the desk. Nice if someone mentioned that on check in. Only give one key, asked for another which invalidated the first. Got the first fixed, it invalidated the second. This happened multiple times, annoying.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport. Within walking distance. It's nice to see. Hotel that understands the need for an early breakfast, for the traveller's. I believe it starts at 4am. Very friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. Room was just what you need for a night's stay, even has AC!!

Stayed here overnight before flying home to New Zealand the next day. Very quiet with no airport noise, short walk to terminal. Staff friendly and helpful, I had a lovely evening meal and the breakfast was also good. Comfy bed too.

Fantastic Hotel, ideal for early morning flights from Aberdeen Airport. Clean, tidy & fresh room. Hotel staff really friendly and check in was quick and easy. Quiet rooms considering the proximity to the Airport.

Very unhappy after a 7 hour drive to get here and find due to a new policy applied in December, I have to pay £50 deposit (takes upto 30 days to get back)which is in the fate of the cleaner tomorrow morning deciding if my room is ok, i booked this room a month before this policy, but was told either pay the £50 or you cant have the room? Goodbye and farewell from a regular customer. If hotels that have this policy included it in the price that would be ok, but many people are broke, just spent on Christmas etc etc, this is not a good move by a usually good hotel. One week later edit, £50 still being held, went into hotel to be told can be upto 30 days to get back, just not good enough, poor staff on the desk have to front this decision made by owners

Best side of the hotel is that it's close to the airport. Everything else, not so much. Stayed in a room on the first floor, twin-bed room which was OK. But the hallway smelled so bad, like water had retained in the carpet and not dried well. Then talk about the restaurant. Gosh! Food was certainly bland and pricey for no reason. Then the waiter took our pizza order to another table. When he found out it was the wrong table, he went and got it back and brought it to us after the other people had torn a slice out of it. This waiter held the slice in his hand and the rest of the pizza in the plate, expecting us to eat it! It was so horrifying. Total bill was £46, and I honestly wasn't going to pay for such a horrible service, but I paid because I didn't want to create a scene. So overall, it was not nice at all. They should do better!

From check in to the rooms everything was horrible, The girl who checked in was so unfriendly that right there was a BIG RED FLAG. The smell of sewage in the corridors was too much. It was the first time I paid so much for taking my dog with me. Not even in 5 star hotels I paid so much. There should be a very expensive warning in terms of prices. The Entrance Hall/Bar is horrible cold and unpleasant, completely cold and dead completely dirty and disgusting. We had over 10 minutes at the bar side and 3 times they looked at us and not even a "please wait a moment". It was so disgusting that we decided to go to the hotel next door to sit and talk in peace for a while. The Rooms (thank god it was only for one night) or I'd have run like hell. We found a little bit of everything in the rooms. A bloody plaster and a pill. But the worst was the moldy ceiling.
