   I have stayed here 3 times via my offshore employer. Faultless excellent friendly fantastic. Rooms are like new without the smell of paint. Service is just fantastic. Basically the two nicest people in Aberdeen run the nicest guest house. I'm pretty grumpy and a bit of a complainer, but I have only good things to say about this place and the two great folk that make it all possible. I can't stay here this week because its fully booked. Quite right too. Try here first before anywhere else, and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

   One could not ask for anything more !! Beryl and Bob are excellent hosts, helpful is just to small a word , they go out of their way to assist all. I spent a month there , they helped me with much good advice ( as I am settling in ABZ) and I saw how all were treated, its like having personal guardians. Tell me of a guest house that takes you around the local area in their own car, to show you what is there and where you have to go - NONE Rooms are large, modern, SPOTLESS and very comfortable, have own bathrooms ( shower, toilet and basin), bar fridge, TV ( Freeview). Breakfast is a continental breakfast and the choice is very good, far too much for me. The picture's dont lie at all. I will definately go back and recommend to all, especially those needing accomodation in or near Dyce

   The owners are a kind and friendly elderly couple. It is a very comfortable inn. Please note that check-in is required by 10:30 pm.
