   Had a problem with my battery a needed a jump start from a friend . Car in good nick low millage but 10 years old took it to Halfords and the wonderful young lady on the till was super helpful and checked my battery with there tech equipment and explained the readings in real time . I needed a new one she showed me step by step and explained reasons ect and fitted a new one as I definitely needed it .Pumped up my tyres also very helpful and polite kittybruster today Well done Halford and this amazing lady thank you . And on I went with piece of mind

   An update on my previous negative poor review. After my review I was contacted by the store to discuss my bad experience. They explained what had caused the issue which had it been explained at the time I wouldn’t have left such a poor review. They offered me another slot at a time that fitted with me and when I took my bike in they immediately carried out the replacement of the broken part. Job done quickly and staff were friendly and informative. Bike now riding like a new bike so very happy with the service and quality of the repair Thanks to the team at Kittybrewster Very disappointing turned up to collect my bike and first of all they couldn’t find it then when found discovered the work it was booked in for hadn’t been done despite me putting my bike in the night before I used them last week and service was good so don’t understand how this time could be so bad

   Had an excellent experience at the kitty brewster store after i had purchased a new vehicle and was keen to get quality affordable products to look after my new pride and joy! The store is ideally located in the retail park as i was overwhelmed with the range of valet products tools and equipment my partner was doing a domestic shop next door. Staff seemed cheerful and friendly I could of spent a lot more time browsing in there and look forward to visiting again.

   Ordered online, picked up order after getting e-mail and much cheaper than a certain online store. Halfords had reduced prices, used an e-mail voucher and discount on the site. Combined, it was £29 instead of £58 (on Amazon) so happy days! (Plus, staff have always been helpful, polite and cheery at the Kittybrewster store whenever I have visited)

   Ruth Anna was so helpful in helping me choose the right car seat for my new car. I turned up on spec, no appointment, and didn't have long to wait. She helped me compare those I had seen and indeed discount them as I didn't realise they were not isofix seats. Really helpful, fitted it there and then and talked me through all the safety aspects and safety checklist too, which we didn't get when we bought elsewhere online before. Really great service, would highly recommend.

   Great customer service in the Bike department. I had my bike repaired and thankfully they honoured the warranty even though I was a month out. Bike was covered for the first year however my fork developed a fault. Halfords bike technicians arranged for the repair under warranty which they didn't need to do. Much appreciate getting my bike fixed without being charged!

   Ruth-Anna was amazing when we went in to get a new seat for our daughter. She was really knowledgeable about the seats and car seat safety, weighed and measured my little girl and was absolutely fantastic with her. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made it such an easy transaction, I’d previously been in and been so overwhelmed with all the different seats. You could tell she was really passionate about helping parents to pick the best and safest option for their child. Thanks Ruth-Anna!

   My husband and I have bought two bikes over the last couple of days for our grandchildren. Thankfully they were both built very quickly for us and we were contacted to collect when ready. We had exceptional service from the three guys serving us on our visits, who are all very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to friends to visit this store.
