    Good price. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . Wide selection of tyres. Downside, to my order - of four Michelin Crossclimate 3 - was that the supplier had sent three correct tyres and a Crossclimate 2. This was not picked up until three of my tyres had been changed. So, a replacement tyre had to be ordered and I had to return, for second visit, to have it fitted

    Firstly my tyres price was competitive. We were ahead of our time slot, but the staff got to work right away. Connor was helpful in that he agreed to fit missing brake nipple caps during the tyre change. Other staff were helpful and friendly. The fitter was efficient, we were in and out in 30 minutes. We appreciated the brakes diagnostic which was provided free. All receipts and paperwork were provided immediately online.

    Ordered 4 winter tyres that were meant to be fitted through ATS's Mobile Fitter on collection from ATS Aberdeen. First appointment was for a week ago and got cancelled on the day. Took a day off work today for the re-book between 0800hrs and 1200hrs today and waited in. Rang at 1300hrs and spoke to a guy who said he knew nothing as he's normally in the Ellon branch, he told me to ring Black Circles. Black Circles rang the fitter who said ATS Aberdeen had fitted my tyres that I paid for 10 days ago now to another vehicle so there was nothing to collect. Neither ATS Aberdeen or the ATS fitter had the decency to give me a shout to let me know and iv lost a days pay as I'm self employed. In all of this the roads out there are worst they have been for years and iv been let down twice, with the second time sitting in all day whilst a customer who didn't order tyres is driving round with mine. Absolute shambles, please beware of this branch.
