   The team helped me out with only 40 minutes to go before closing. I had a large piece of metal lodged in my tyre, and they managed to repair it and get me back on the road within 10 minutes. I really appreciated their help, honesty and incredibly quick turnaround.

   Orange light came on in car as I was driving into Aberdeen. Went straight to Kenway Garage Virginia Street. Problem diagnosed quickly. New tyre sourced and delivered to garage promptly - new tyre fitted and on my way in 90 mins. Excellent service and very very helpful staff. Have used this garage for many years and always found staff to be first class.

   Amazing service, very helpful people! Had to get a set of tires swapped, but suggested they weren't in a good shape, So got a new set from them. Only taking an hour in total to change and took me in within an hour of popping in! Hats off to this business!

   Delighted and grateful to Ryan for fixing my buckled alloy and replacing tyre after a pothole stopped me in my tracks. Told me to bring my car in straight away, had it fixed within a matter of hours at a much lower cost and time frame than I expected. Very impressed and as someone who commutes for work you saved me a lot of stress not being forced off the road. Thank you. Highly recommend.

   Car was booked in for service at 9am. Was running 20 minutes late, however at drop off was told the car would be ready in 1-2 hours. After not getting any update from them by 12.15pm (2hr 45 minutes after drop off) I phoned them and was told they hadn't even started to service the car yet as 'there had been a hud up'. They again said the car would be ready in 1-2 hrs. There was no update from them in the following 1hr 40 minutes, so I just went to the garage anyway and the car was sitting there having been serviced and the staff were in reception having a chat! So a 2hr job somehow took 4.5hrs. Then the day following the service the tyre pressure warning light came on, so I'm guessing it hadn't been checked during the service. I don't mind there being a delay if I'm informed about it, but there was a complete lack of communication and customer service, and on top of that an incomplete service, so we definitely won't be back and will actively discourage friends and family to go here.
