βI have gone to a few different acting classes around the area and this is the one Iβve chosen to stick with. At other places I was given a script from a scene to have a go at, and that was about it. Tim actually teaches the craft of acting, he teaches the techniques that are taught in the top drama schools and used by professional actors. Thanks for providing these amazing classes for such a reasonable price Tim!β
βThe Attic Theatre School in Nottingham has been a game-changer for my children. Enrolling them in various classes here has not only ignited their passion for the performing arts but has also been instrumental in boosting their confidence and self-esteem. The supportive and nurturing environment created by the dedicated school has allowed my kids to explore their talents freely. The range of classes offered, from acting to stagecraft, ensures a comprehensive theatrical education. What truly sets this school apart is the personalized attention given to each student. Amanda and all other teachers in Attic not only focus on skill development but also prioritize emotional growth, creating an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere. Attic Theatre School isn't just about honing acting abilities; it's a place where kids grow, learn, and form lasting friendships. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their children can thrive, both on and off the stage.β
βI'm really happy with salsa tutoring school. My son has passed his Sat's with good results. The support from salsa has really helped him pass with excellent results. Would definitely recommend to others The staff are very friendly and my son really enjoys going to all sessions.β
βWonderful language school, I've enrolled in a few Spanish courses here as a beginner and staff have been very helpful and engagedβ
βCan't fault the food or service. The pricing is significantly lower than some of the other venues in the surrounding villages. Β£23 for a Cheddar Ploughman's platter, Chilli & Rice, and two teas. I feel this would be pushing Β£30 elsewhere. It's all good.β
βWe moved our daughter from another nursery to Stepping Stones just after her first birthday. Tomorrow she starts reception at the local primary school, so it's a big milestone for all of us! From the moment we first visited this family-run nursery, we knew our daughter would be taken care of and she settled very quickly. The staff work incredibly hard and are invested in the children's wellbeing and development. Her language skills and social confidence have come on leaps and bounds. Every milestone has been handled with care and attentiveness, the team were always there to offer additional support and advice, addressing any worries we had as first time parents (also from the 'lockdown' era!). Our daughter has absolutely loved engaging with trips to the local parks, visits from the emergency services, and regular yoga classes. The meals are of a very high standard, security and communication are always very consistent. A brilliant nursery, highly recommended.β
βNice place to sit and have coffee. A little "darker" than the likes of Starbucks and Costa in terms of decor, but definitely a .ore casual and relaxed environment. Flat white was tasty, and,.bonus, you take a number and then bring your drinks to the table.β
βCool little venue, great staff, clean toilets and a bar with cold beers... what more vould you ask for!β
βI completed the Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy Diploma earlier this year. The course tutor Luke was very knowledgable and clearly knew, and demonstrated, this throughout the course. The length and pace was suitable for everyone one the course (everyone passed). We had people on the course coming from a sporting background, massage background, and people who wanted to have a complete change who had never studied physiology or anatomy. The continued support following completion is great too, via facebook group and also discounted rates for future courses. I very much recommend Sports Massage Academy as a training provider and have already booked onto a future cpd course and intend to complete the Level 4 in 2021.β
βMy daughter has been attending Tracy Quaife for over 8 years, she is so happy here and has learnt so much. Tracy is excellent with the children and very professional. The shows they put on are wonderful! This is an excellent dance school with lots of opportunities.β
βMy daughter has been part of Affinity for over 3 years and continues to love dancing here. There is so much care & attention, passion and effort from all of the Affinity team - it truly is a great dance school. Thank you for all that you do!β
βCould not recommend more - we took the Introduction to Silver Smithing workshop with Alys a week or so ago and I have been wearing the rings I made every day since! :) It is truly an introductory course, so even if - like me - me you have never worked with silver or metals in general before, I guarantee you will be able to make something cool to show off to your friends and family ;) And you'll have so much fun too! Alys did a amazing job of explaining the basics of working with silver, made sure to help everyone with their individual projects, and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere all around. Thank you so much!β
βMy daughter has come on leaps and bounds in such a short space of time at this dance school. She has been to other dance schools, but this stands out for me and my daughter in more ways than one. The staff are so friendly, knowledgable and very approachable. They know when to push, but in the best way and when to make it fun. This I feel has bought the best out in my daughter. She loves to go to dance class, learn new skills, compete in dance shows and meet new friends.β
βWe had a wonderful time at the workshop. I attended with my friend as a gift for her 30th birthday. I was travelling from Australia and met my friend from the UK. They remained so flexible for us even when trains were cancelled. We practised on bronze rings before moving on to silver. The attention to detail and one-on-one learning made it a great workshop, we learnt lots and would definitely come back again. Thank you!!β
βCouldnβt ask for anymore from an early years setting. The outdoor space they have is a huge! The children are outside all year round, they really make use of the space they have. My son and daughter both attended here from age two and their excitement to run through the doors everyday speaks volumes. They offer breakfast club and after school club. The events they put on throughout the year are not to be missed. Their staff are all highly trained alongside being the most caring staff members I have come across in a setting. A setting for SEN children too. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my son has had the best start in his learning journey. Recognising things early on and being proactive with putting things in place for him. Their open door policy means parents/carers can pop along to speak to them anytime and they really do listen and offer advice. I am so happy I found this pre school. My son will miss them so much. I am excited for my daughter to carry on her learning journey here as she has already made huge progress in a such short space of time.β
βMy three children are thriving at Highfields. They are not only provided with an excellent education but also enjoy the enriched curriculum. Most importantly for me, they are surrounded with people who care about them, help their confidence to grow and celebrate their ideas.β
βI had an outstanding experience training at **CFS Flight Training Nottingham**. After facing issues with my previous flight school, I was uncertain about my progress and the next steps. However, Nav and the team at Nottingham went above and beyond to help me get back on track. Nav is truly dedicated to his students, always putting them first and ensuring they receive the best possible training and support. His professionalism, patience, and structured approach made a world of difference. A huge milestone in my training was when **Steven Birchall sent me on my solo cross-country flight**. It was a fantastic experience and a testament to the high-quality instruction and confidence-building training at CFS. The instructors here are incredibly knowledgeable and ensure students fully understand both the theoretical and practical aspects of flying. The aircraft are well-maintained, and the training environment is both supportive and professional. Scheduling lessons was seamless, allowing me to progress efficiently without unnecessary delays. I canβt recommend **CFS Flight Training Nottingham** enoughβespecially if you're looking for a school that genuinely cares about its students' success. Huge thanks to **Nav, Steven Birchall, and the entire team at Nottingham** for all the guidance and support!β
βOur daughter has been doing grade 6 ballet here for almost a year now and she has learnt so much and really enjoyed the style of classes. She says that Ms Lesley is a very kind and passionate teacher who truly cares about all her students. Thanks, Claire and Richardβ
βNottingham school of blackbelt is an amazing school for all level and skill wanting to learn the best in kickboxing. Owen King and Mr Cope have been passing their skills and experience to all. Classes are for all ages. Good way of keeping fit.β
βI came across the Nottingham Day Nursery and Preschool some time ago and I liked everything I saw on the website. Although I was quite certain it was going to be out of our price range, I recently booked a viewing. First of all, it turned out to be the cheapest out of all of the nurseries we have seen, moreover it is the only nursery that apart from meals and snacks also provides free nappies and wipes! Finally, it is the only nursery that offers settling in days over 8 weeks which makes me feel more at ease and more confident in gradually increasing the number of hours instead of throwing my daughter in at the deep end (most of the nurseries offer 2 days 1-2 hours each day). My first impression was very positive, place looked clean, organised and it had a nice flow between the rooms. The baby room was warm and bright, with different 'stations' set out with activities for babies, the sleeping area looked very cosy with fairy lights on to create a pleasant, soothing ambiance. It felt like a warm and comforting environment, each member of staff welcomed us with a big smile and each one of them seemed to be very caring, nurturing and supportive. The nursery manager, Krupa went above and beyond our expectations! During the viewing I was very impressed with her professionalism, dedication and passion for running this nursery and ensuring that all of the children are taken great care of and that they all thrive and are prepared for school when the time comes. We hardly had any questions as she explained everything in detail. I could tell that a lot of hard work has gone into making this nursery into a nice, warm and friendly environment as it is! All the babies and toddlers looked happy and like they had a lot of fun which speaks for itself! We felt really taken care of! I felt so calm and reassured and I think my daughter is going to really enjoy her time there! I could not be happier that we managed to get a place for her at this nursery! If her stay is going to be as positive as the first impression then it's going to be great!β
βGreat place to learn dance. Good floor and bar. A bit old style especially chairs and toilet. Very, very hot. Fans are giving so much wind and not cooling. However so much better than our place before!β
βAs I work, study and workout from home, I wanted to try something new which was out of the house and I'm so glad I did. After researching many activities online, I narrowed it down to yoga and dance. There aren't many adult dance classes around, and the ones I found were kinda fancy and expensive. I just wanted to find somewhere welcoming, friendly and fun, and I definitely found that here. When I arrived I was greeted by multiple friendly faces, which was lovely as I was so nervous especially after not being around too many people since covid. The business owner and dance instructor were so full of beautiful and positive energy, and when I left the dance class I felt the best I have done in such a long time. I was energised, had a great workout and I actually signed up to the classes on an ongoing basis! Very excited to go back :)β
βJustinajustin is an amazing instructor, so inspiring and motivating.β
βBoth my daughters have attended over a span of 20 years, the eldest now dances professionally. Excellent training with lovely teachers and students. Highly recommend.β
βWe have both of our kids attending this nursery for 2 months now, and so far we have had a very positive experience. They both settled really well, and now very happy to go in every morning. From the very beginning everything was very well organized, and it was smooth transition for our children from different nursery thanks to help and support from all the staff!β
βGreat school, my son was really engaged and has some amazing teachers Miss Hood being the best! He now attends the WBS and he is in the top sets for most subjects all down to a great start at Greythorn.β
βI had a great time at NTIC. Academically it was the best place for me. They enabled me to dream BIG.β
βI cannot speak more highly of this nursery. My daughter's previous nursery unfortunately couldn't cater to her SEN needs due to staff/children ratio and she wouldn't last more than 30 mins before i received a call to pick her up, because she has had a meltdown. This hasn't happened once since going to this nursery. My daughter has also developed so much and looks forward to going to nurseryβ
βMy daughter goes to Scotholme primary and i can truly say it is one of the best Schools in town. The teachers are excellent and professional and they strive to their best ability to help child achieve its best.β
βMy school is so better than anything schoolβ
