   Been here bout 4 and a half years and i cant sum up how thankful i am for these instructors. Each and everyone of them have helped me in some way on my journey to getting a black belt, but Mr Bridges is someone that everyone needs in their life. Hes taught me much more than just how to defend myself, he's taught me great discipline and respect, he's taught me to never give up no matter how difficult the challenge gets, he's taught me stuff no movie or teacher could ever teach me.

   Joined around a month ago. Made to feel instantly welcomed. All instructors are very patient and huge amounts of knowledge between them. Instructions are easy to follow. Mindbogglingly strange how being taught to punch and walk at the same time can make you fall over. Instructors however have huge amounts of patience and will help correct any issues. Highly recommend for people who want some exercise without being made to feel silly and gain some coloured belts to show progression in the way.

   One of the passions that has changed my life completely, I've now been training at Impact Taekwondo for almost 6 years and I've enjoyed every second of it. The instructor team teach and treat you so well and the students are very disciplined and respectful. Currently a 1st Degree but would never of got there without Mr B. He's been an inspiration and he is such a great man. Would definitely recommend coming here if you want to learn self defence.

   My daughter has been attending Impact taekwondo for almost 8 months now and I really couldn't recommend this class enough. Both Mr Bridges and Mr Baldwin have made such a difference to her confidence, self belief and skill set since she started. She has always loved taekwondo but attending this class has really ignited her passion even more!! Mr bridges is a very professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and patient teacher, with a firm but fair attitude. instilling respectful and polite behaviours to all children that attend. He is also understanding of children that are on the quieter side, or even ones that need abit more discipline, his approach is fantastic. As parents we love to sit and watch the class take place, there really is a sense of "team" at Impact Taekwando. I am so glad we signed our daughter up for this class and look forward to seeing our future black belt!! Thank you Mr Bridges.

   My son has been part of Impact TaeKwon-Do for the past 3 years and the defence skills, resilience, discipline and confidence he has gained have really helped him and also prepared him for secondary school. Watching him work on his skills week upon week is wonderful but to also see how it has given him confidence inside and outside of class is amazing!! Mr Bridges has been really supportive and a great influence, we highly recommend!

   So impressed with how well my girls have taken to taekwondo and love going and enjoy making new friends at the club. Scott if a fantastic instructor, he is brilliant with the kids and so caring and helpful too. I would recommend this club to anyone as it really encourages children to flourish.
