“From beginner to immediate, I've been able to really engage with Yoga at the Therapy and Fitness studio. The space is by far the best yoga studio in town, the instructors are all highly qualified and the vibe is great. I would recommend this studio to anyone of any skill level.”

“Haven't been to a gym in a number of years. Came to urban and haven't left. The most welcoming gym, Friendly staff, atmosphere and I haven't ever felt judged etc as I did in other gyms. Will go nowhere else and highly recommend urban to anyone and everyone”

“The staff who work here are excellent. The room was nice and clean. The location was very good close to the things we wanted to do. We were given free access as guests to the firework display which was really special. The swimming pool and hydro pool were really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had a really great stay would highly recommend.”

“I have been coming to this gym for the last 3 months. I really liked the place, environment and the facilities in total. I enjoyed working here for another great reason and it is to the trainer's and specially Curtis and he has been supportive of the folks working here. “This lovely hotel is not located far from the centre of Stratford upon Avon but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The double room was well laid out and clean. Staff for friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning had a food spread. We also had a lovely evening meal here as well. Although a bit on the pricey side the food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.”

“What a fantastic club!! We visited several classes in the area before making a decision on which one to join and I can honestly say this club is streets ahead. Well structured lessons catering for all levels and abilities. First class tuition by instructors that clearly know their stuff. My son loves it here and has made loads of friends. Turns out the chief instructor here trains many of the Black Belts in the surrounding area so I figured go to the organ grinder!”
