I've been a member for a while and I love the classes, the instructors are fantastic and the timings are ideal for those working 9-5! However, I'm a bit disappointed with the recent new refurbishments, especially the removal of popular equipment such as cable machines, mats and Smith machine.

Updated gym but removed most popular bits of equipment so can never get on a cable machine and no smith machines. Was better before the update

Wanted us to pay full price for my daughters disabled grandmother and her carer to access the soft play just to watch. It would have cost more for them than it would for my daughter who was actually the one playing. Staff who just do not see how ludicrous their rigid application of their ridiculous pricing structure is. Felt so let down and angry.

The centre itself is excellent; however, the service in the cafe is awful. It's slow and they are more interested in a chat and making their own drinks then serving. Many a time I have been in the queue and walked away because of the service. I hope it's get better

Decent sized softplay area. Reasonable in price too. Customer service at the desk wasn't the most hospitable. Free parking for 3 hours was a nice to have.

Probably the worst gym I ever went to, machine broken for 6-7 months, opening hours changed and prices went up. Staff very rude time to time. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very poor schedule published littered with mistakes, leading to poor public access. Staff ignorantly made out that it was the users error , until I insisted on a manager and asked they looked at their website. After two attempts to access returned home with an upset autistic kid. Having programs is understandable, but public access in various degrees should be available at all times.

Poorly managed despite the teams best efforts. The same equipment they had 2 years ago but double the price. 12 month membership price is simply 1 months membership fee times 12? Miss the Ken marriot, these jokers haven't a clue how to run a facility catering to a declining market town

the worst team the most worst place for children! I had a very bad situation with them ! I will try to be very brief… my children were members of swimming classes the day has come to go swimming with my 3-year-old child and I took my daughter of 7 years and 11 months with me because she was on holiday from school we have nowhere to leave and I thought that she would be waiting for me in the hall I could see her ! they did not allow me to enter in the water with the child because the girl is not eight years old and is not allowed to be alone ! Really!!!! She is nearly 8 !!! why ? why ? you have to pay for swimming lessons but you can't use it because you have another child it is your problem what you are doing with your kids!!! mainly to pay !!! this is our rules!!! The manager was very rude , crude by name Zak!!! I was thinking of canceling membership a long time ago because it is waist of money too much kids in groups 0 potential for kids very cold water! the changing rooms smell horrible!!! if you have children, think many times before taking them there!!!

Don't take your kids to the soft play area unless you want them to get a stomach bug like my one year old did. The place is very dirty and doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned. The mattresses and all the toys are just put back in the storage area at the end of the day- without anything being cleaned, including the inflatable castle. Shocking, as this is for small kids and not for dogs! Never taking my child to this place ever again. Management, sort this out as kids are getting sick!! Edit- after complaining at the centre about the lack of hygiene, the manager kindly explained that they clean the soft play area once a month as that's their policy. ONCE A MONTH!!! How is this supposed to be enough??!! It's for kids from 6 months onwards!!! This must change. Management, review your policy and update me on what's been done to improve this issue.
