What a lovely PRP experience with Karan. He has that rare mix of warmth and professionalism that instantly puts you at ease, even before anything actually happens. His explanations are clear and reassuring without ever feeling rushed or overly clinical, and he walks you through each step so you always know what’s going on. You can tell he is extremely attentive to detail and genuinely loves what he does, which makes you feel you’re in very safe, skilled hands. I left feeling genuinely cared for, well informed, and really excited to see the results when they come through.

Honestly, I am never the type to leave bad reviews, and I really didn’t want to write one. However, this clinic has disappointed me in several ways. After finally convincing my husband to get tear-trough filler, I chose practitioner Karan because the photos he posted online looked very good. We went ahead with the procedure, but after about a week, I noticed that the filler under his eyes was not blending into the skin and a line under is eye is visable. I contacted the clinic, and they told me to wait at least 4 weeks for it to settle. After 4 weeks, the issue was still clearly visible, so I reached out again with my concerns. Instead of addressing the problem directly, both Karan and his wife, Gulshan, continuously deflected. They responded with long paragraphs, but avoided acknowledging the actual issue I was pointing out. I kept repeating that the problem was the filler not blending into the skin it was not about the bone structure or the cheeks yet they kept avoiding the topic. They even brought up my lips because I had once had a consultation there in the past, even though I never went through with that treatment. I found this completely irrelevant and unprofessional. It felt like they were trying to shift the focus instead of taking responsibility. When I expressed that I expected them to correct the issue, they told me they would not, and that if any correction was needed, we would have to pay again after already spending £375. They then offered only a free consultation, which felt like a way to avoid actually helping. After the poor communication, the deflecting, and the lack of accountabilityalong with the unsatisfactory resultI would never return. I am deeply disappointed both in the outcome and in the way the situation was handled.
Excellent service by Karan. Cosmetic procedures can make anyone nervous or anxious, but Karan not only a trained healthcare professional, is also very friendly and incredibly informative, he instantly put me at ease. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

As it was my first time having any procedures done, I was a little nervous. However Karan was a true expert and put me at ease. We started the appointment by discussing my goals and Karan carefully talked me through what my options were. He was patient and listened to what I wanted to improve and gave me a realistic plan of how he could help. He took his time and is a true perfectionist when it comes to getting the best for patients.
