   Sarb delivering quality orientated results with facial laser has been a big positive for me this year. The overall results with associated care and support has helped me with my overall wellbeing. I would also give a big shout out to Jenna for ongoing grooming of my nails. Her expertise and support helped me to bring my nails back to health. You also looked after my mum well when in for little pick me up derma facial session. She fondly remembers you all. I really enjoy all the high standard professional treatments at Lotus as I feel valued and cared for. Thank you everyone at Lotus.

   I had my brows and bikini area waxed. I have uneven brows and have always had a hard time finding someone who can shape them properly and evenly. She did a perfect job, I’m very happy with the shape and they’re evenly matched. Highly recommend her for quality work and for prioritising clients health safety with her waxing method. Going back in 3 weeks. Thank you!

   Just had an absolutely fantastic, relaxing first ever appointment with the wonderful owner Sarb. She spent 90 minutes with me completing a hot stone massage on my back as well as a hydrafacial. My face is already far more radiant and less dull looking & feels so much smoother, and my usually sore back feels like I’m floating on a cloud! It was a truly lovely experience and as an extra bonus, Sarb is also very personable and easy to chat with, which made this first experience even more special. She clearly knows what she’s doing and has been doing this for a long time which, for me, brings far greater value to the process than the cost alone, ie it’s worth every penny I’ve already booked in my next massage and facial for a month’s time and I genuinely can’t wait.

She clearly knows her stuff and is confident and professional even though she is very young (not jealous at all!). She did an excellent job and I would absolutely recommend her.
