Sophie is very professional with a very bubbly personality. She did a lovely manicure and pedicure for me. I chipped one of my nails just after getting it done and just before my holiday! I got in touch and she happily redid that nail for me.
I have visited Sophie twice now for gel nails and I can honestly say that she is very good at what she does. As a busy full time working mum of two young children it's extremely hard to find any time for myself. Sophie always accommodates my needs and is very friendly and instantly makes me feel at ease. I will be going to get my nails done here more often as I am a supporter of small business's and truly believe that Sophie is passionate about what she does. I always feel amazing after leaving the salon, I also plan on having a lash lift/ tint next for my birthday. 100% recommended Sophie for quality and price.
I got BIAB extensions done last week by Sophie, and while I was happy with the result when I got them and she was lovely, my nail snapped a day after. It can happen, so I gave it the benefit of doubt and went back to redo it. However, not even a day later, I woke up with another snapped nail and then a third one broke on the same day. It's never happened before but the nails were extremely fragile and lifting. Sophie refused a refund and did not provide me with a solution. As a student, I was looking for a local nail tech, but would not recommend Sophie as I've now lost £35, and have no nails.
I have been a regular of Sophie's Salon Services now since June 2024 where she did my nails for my baby shower and ever since then I see Sophie monthly now for my nails. Sophie is very friendly and puts her heart into her work! Every time I have my nails done she checks that I'm happy with the length, shape, colour etc and I always leave happy and with a smile on my face due to the lovely conversations we have. Before going to Sophie I always struggled to grow my nails but now they have maintained such a great length and I still say to Sophie every time "I can't believe these are my nails" It's so easy to book my appointment with her as she works around you and that's great when you have a busy family life. I also think the price is very reasonable especially if you want extras doing like nail art for example. Thank you Sophie for always making me feel comfortable and relaxed whilst making my nails look amazing every single time!
I started coming to Sophie 3 years ago when my previous beautician let me down last minute. My nails always look great and last weeks which never seemed to happen previously! Sophie is great and always look forward to having a catch up, couldn’t recommend Sophie more!
Sophie fitted me in at very short notice on my birthday and it was the first time I've visited. Shall definitely be going back regularly from now on. Sophie is chatty and friendly and my nails were great.

I’ve always struggled to find somewhere where my nails don’t chip after a few days then I came across Sophie’s salon! It has now become my go to for nails, service is always great and super professional. Love how Sophie’s salon also offers BIAB and is constantly bringing in new colours and designs. Highly recommend!
Sophie works wonders with my nails! My nails are naturally weak and quite short, since going to Sophie they are getting much stronger and the gel is lasting up to 3 weeks! Went first as a one off for a holiday now I’m a regular customer! Great choice of colours too.
Sophie has done both gel nails and eyelash extensions for me and she is amazing! Cannot fault her at all, from the moment you get into the salon she is very friendly and makes you feel at home and comfortable. The chair that you lie in for lash extensions is comfortable and warm. Good quality eyelashes and nail gels used and fair pricing! Would highly recommend to everybody xx
