   First time coming here! Been looking for a good place in Coventry to get my nails.. i highly recommend Tai he was so caring and you could see how much effort he puts in his work! Very quick as well! Will be back ❤️

   I normally do my nails here and get a good service, but I had my nails done on Friday and spent around 1.5 hrs, the person who was doing them was clearly struggling, he built the gel too thick and then had to file for so long. I asked for almond, but I ended up with some almond shaped nails, some round nails and they are different lengths. It’s really a gamble when you come to the salon, sometimes you get a good service sometimes you don’t depending on who ends up doing your nails. I didn’t complain then because the person seemed like they were trying their best and were stressed, and I was also in a rush. He did scoff a few times and seemed annoyed that I was telling him my nails are not even, eventually I gave up as it didn’t seem like he got me. For reference, I got the white ones before at the same salon and the pink ones are the ones I just had done, some round, some almond, one longer than the other and the other hand.

   The staff are all really kind and patient and always take extra care in ensuring my nails are always exactly how i want them !! I always just walk in and they are really quick to get you seated. Really recommend this salon :)

   Great service!!! It was my first time getting my nails done properly and they gave me some advice on how to take care of them as well as telling me what things were a high risk of breaking them. Went with a friend and they didn't treat him any differently (he had a previous bad experience with another shop) and is also very happy with his nails. All round a lovely experience and i will be going back when i want to get new nails.
