   You get what you pay for, their prices are cheap and the work is not that good, got a gel polish done and it does not look neat, won't be going back

   I asked the lady to remove a mark that I noticed in the fresh set of nails that she did, and her very angry response was “no one is going to look at your nails that closely”. Very rude and shocking customer service.

   This is my go to place as they have such good, cheap prices but are also rly good quality and always look super cute. I love that they are willing to do different paint colours and also have a large variety of colours. Although sometimes feel like the workers just seem fed up but are still welcoming

   I went to get a manicure with shellac polish today, and the lady doing my nails was being rough with my manicure i told her it was hurting me so she was aware. Once the manicure and nail polish was done i told her it looks a bit funny but she didnt say much. I realised the issue when i went out to get cash and saw my nails in the daylight the nail polish wasnt even on all nails, it was also lumpy and she over cut the skin on my cuticles that my thumb is now raw pink on the side and she tried to make excuses but i get these regularly elsewhere and this never happens. She was not open to listening to my concerns but just kept getting defensive of me as if i was in the wrong. Definitely will not be going back

   Rude customer service. The oriental guy does not like feedback. He tried drying my friends nails when there was a strand of hair on it. When it was raised he started shouting and pointing his fingers in our faces telling us to shut up. Disgusting customer service and I wouldn’t t advise anyone to get their nails done from here.
