I went in for my Hollywood waxing and even though it was my first time getting waxed down below. Arti instantly put me at ease. She explained that if I experience a rash after it’s totally normal and the rash should clear within couple days after. Which is exactly what happened. Apparently some people experience the rash more than others. And she said it’s best to get your Hollywood waxing 72 hours before going on holidays to help your skin recover. Overall my experience was better than I expected because Arti put my mind at ease during the waxing.
I had a waxing appointment that I booked online I had a fallout bikini wax and Fuller leg wax I got there and it was all nice and they moved my appointment to the same time together so I didn't take up two spaces only one so I went in the room and she told me to get ready and lay down and she went out the room so I did laid down she came back in and started my waxing she tested a little bit of the wax on a bit of my leg hair and pulled it off and it didn't come off so my leg hair wasn't ready she said and I said that's ok I'll just get the Bikini done and she said even if you don't have it you'll still going to have to pay for it so I was so confused and didn't say anything because she could hardly understand anything I said so she ended up doing some of my legs even when I told her just to leave it and then she left bits of Wax all over my legs and kept going the wrong way and pulling the wax strips and then she did the Bikini area and left the wax there for quite a while and she still left wax on that area too it wasn't the cleanest of rooms and there was no after care for your body that you could use after the waxing was done so I still pay for my legs even though I didn't really have them done because most of my hair was left and after my body was so red and the next day so there was a small rash and it didn't look good and I had to get the rest of the wax off my body after so I ended up paying £64 and honestly I wouldn't go back I did not feel comfortable in the room the lady look like she gagged when she was doing the Bikini area which I kind of thought was a bit disrespectful and I'm a quiet clean person so there was nothing to do that about so I wouldn't recommend going back there ever again

I had a manicure and gel polish from Sue and it was great! I love my nails and the service was great! Sue is lovely and professional! I would definitely recommend going there and will be going back again
I had a gorgeous set of eyelashes done by Sue. She was so kind and accommodating. I wasn’t sure about which set to go for, but after a consultation with her we managed to pick the best one and it was exactly what I wanted. Absolutely amazing service! I cannot recommend enough. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. And Sue was very professional and sweet. I can’t wait to visit again!

Sue is lovely and talked me through the whole process! After having them done the first time i was a little disappointed as they were not as natural as i’d hoped, however, Sue was more than happy to fix them and she did a wonderful job, i think just specify at the start whether you’d rather a more natural lash or intense. I am now really pleased with my lashes! x
