   Facilities are very small, okay to use as hotel gym but membership wise it’s too small for what you pay for! Shame I had to cancel as it wasn’t far from where I was. Pool always irritated my skin, thinking maybe the chlorine levels might not have been right? Or perhaps just too strong for me. Pool is fairly small and always kids in it messing around, whilst doing lengths I had children swim underneath me. Children in the sauna?!! Nobody around to handle this? Jacuzzi always closed? No classes on, no surprise though as I don’t know where they would do them it’s that small? Sauna was good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend. The organisation from staff was horrendous, nobody knew what they were doing, never any locker keys, losing personal information when signing up, didn’t know how to cancel membership Staff definitely need more training unfortunately, shame as they’re nice people just unhelpful.

   Lovely jacuzzi and swimming pool. Shower area in changing rooms is ridiculously outdated, hence 4 star.

   Lovely environment , great friendly staff Caroline , Jess, Kaz, Wing go above & beyond to make me feel welcome, great atmosphere, always clean , new Sauna but could do with changing rooms being revamped

   Had a look around as wanted to join. The gym facilities are extremely small. I counted 7 apparatus and all been used. Not sure what happens when is gets busy. This is more like a hotel gym if you want a work out. Not what I call a well equipped gym. The pool is tiny. The staff are friendly. Not sure how they can justify the monthly fee.

   Great place to go for a swim, steam and sauna. It’s never too busy and memberships are affordable. Best thing about the place is the staff as they always are there to help.
