   Me and my partner used this club first time. And experience was excellent. Warm and clean water , sauna steam room and pool was perfectly comfortable and well maintained. It’s wasn’t very crowded but there was few people using facilities. We booked passes from hassle £ 15 each and valid for 30 days . Booking was easy and no waiting or restriction . Changing rooms are clean , shower , shampoo and body wash provided. For lockers make sure you carry your pound. Fresh towels available on request at the reception, Overall perfect experience and would definitely recommend.

   Came for a drink after using the pool and was greeted by a very friendly barman called Chaz, really helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely come back. An asset to your company.

   Pool area was nice, but changing area was messy- the shower cubicles had quite a bit of mould/staining inside and generally need an update(cleaning was to high standard- this is a decor/materials choice problem). Tiles were deadly when wet- which they are at all times near the showers people were slipping constantly.

   Clean swimming pool but area around not so much. Hair and dirt around the pool, but cushions with mold have been removed. Changing rooms are also clean but unfortunately quite cold. Can be difficult with babies.

   Changing rooms are freezing compared to the pool and gym area. The facilities are getting a little dated and tired - had to report broken benches in changing rooms that my son fell off. Luckily he wasn't injured - though the staff seemed to take this seriously. (update: it was fixed by the time we returned the next week). All in all a good pool and gym.

   Not a very enjoyable experience, the pool area was full of screaming, running, diving, bombing kids with inflatables and irresponsible parents that obviously couldn't care less. More like a municipal pool than a private health spa. Wont be going back.

   I'm a member and will certainly be renewing my membership.I use the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steam room and sauna.Gyms don't appeal to me but i've heard very good reports regarding this gym.I would highly recommend this health and leisure club.Well maintained,very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
