   As a guy in my 40s and complete newcomer to martial arts, I expected it might mostly be younger people and kids, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a real mix of ages in the beginners class including people older than me. I felt welcomed and at home right away. It’s great for fitness and for learning a new skill with all the different techniques and combinations. And kicking and punching pads is a great de-stress as well!

   After having a break from martial arts my daughter wanted to get back to training, she wanted to try a new club. And wow I'm so glad we tried Spartans, from the first message to the first day have been amazing and so welcoming. The friendly atmosphere from all coaches and other students is priceless. My daughter loves going every week. She has refound her love for Kickboxing.

   My 15 year old daughter started here only a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. There was no pressure at all when she started, they offer a trial service over 2 weeks to make sure you definitely want to do, but my daughter knew after 1 week it was what she wanted to do. The staff are all amazing and so helpful and friendly and you can ask them anything. My daughter has also signed up for the charity event this weekend where they are doing kickboxing from 9am and 9pm. It really is a lovely place and everyone is welcome. Couldn't recommend it enough and it was recommended to me too and I can see why! Keep doing what you're doing you're all awesome!
