“We have just spent 2 nights at Achill House October 2024,myself and husband in a double room and our daughter with 3 young children in the family room. We were made most welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and met our needs very nicely. Mary has thought about peoples needs and provides lots of ameneties and extras. We sat in a booth in the garden one night and in the lounge another night,very pleasant. I looked round the spa areas and thought they were very special. Next time i think i will book a treatment.Parking is free,also wifi. We had breakfast at The Wilsons just round the corner. Quite a good deal as we had children eat for £1 each,used at breakfast and evening meal. Beware though- adult breakfast £6.99 but coffee is another£2.50 each (bottomless). We will certainly go again in the future.Thanks Mary and staff.”

“My dog has her grooms at Posh Paws and we are always more than happy with the super service received, and with the friendliness of the groomers. Very competitive pricing. Great quality products used on my sensitive little dog. She comes out looking and smelling amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and we highly recommend them.”

“My dog is typically quite nervous about going to the groomers but I can rest knowing she is so well looked after at Coco and Co! She comes out, her fur is the softest it’s ever been, she smells amazing & the white on her fur is so bright. I always get a cute picture later that day too which I love! Electrolysis experience was made as comfortable as possible. My only regret is that I didn’t start the treatment sooner as I was afraid of both the treatment and place. Totally recommend Esque!!”

“Third visit to Tracey and all have been equally amazing. She is superb at deep tissue and works the areas that need it for as long as necessary. Nothing is too much trouble, she is very friendly and attentive. Making you feel comfortable and relaxed. During the last treatment she used hot towels for the feet and hot Pack on the back. “We stayed here last year in the shepherds hut retreat. Couldn't recommend it more. The location is incredible. Especially as it's barely 15 minutes outside of Coventry. So quiet and peaceful. The shop and cafe are fantastic as are the staff who couldn't do enough for us. The shepherds hut was amazing. Isolated and quiet all day and night with beautiful views of the countryside. The hut itself was very well appointed with a nice kitchen, bathroom and wood burning stove. The perfect getaway we will be back very soon!”

“Had a lovely impromptu stop over and the location off this hotel was ideal located near the motorway but with easy access to the trains into Birmingham centre via the NEC station. Hotel was great and excellent value. The spa had some maintenance issues but going down early morning meant was had it to ourselves. Would definitely stop here again if going to either the NEC or Birmingham.”

“We went here for pancake day & after initially being a little worried we loved it. When we walked in it was a little tatty, a window was missing, patches in ceiling, and a few dirty plates left out on empty tables. We were a little worried that we weren’t going to enjoy ourselves. But our server showed us to the table and the rest of the resultant and bar was beautifully decorated. We had really really amazing service from our server, considering she seemed to be the only person serving everyone at the time. We ordered 3 lots of pancakes and a chip butty. All of the food was absolutely amazing. We were stuffed! The plate of chips was huge, and the bread lovely! The pancakes were SO soft and fluffy, and such good value for money! There was so much food! The Cath Kidston glasses and mugs were so cute too! The kids really enjoyed the decor and we all had a good laugh at the private toilet party. On the way out I spotted a sign about refreshing some areas so I guess that explains the slightly tired looking entrance. Honestly we had a lovely time and can’t wait to come back. Probably the best pancakes we’ve ever had and the server was just so friendly, she’s a real credit to the place!”
