I had acrylics done for a wedding I attended at the weekend. The service I received was 5* and they really took their time to make sure my nails were done perfectly. My technician who was also the owner, was beyond kind, professional and friendly. I showed her some reference pictures and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back again.

A fabulous place to go for your nails! I only went with the intention of having a treat for my 40th birthday but now I have them done every 3 weeks! The staff are so friendly and welcoming (even when I have to take my 9 month old twins with me!). Highly recommend and will now never go anywhere else! Laura Blackburn
I have been here twice now for a pedicure and gel application on toes. I’ve been pleased with the result both times and found the visits to be fun and relaxing as staff are friendly. Jackie did my treatments and she is lovely to talk to and kept me well topped up with tea and biscuits! (Much appreciated as a tired mum). It is truely a treat to come here, I have already rebooked for the next two months.
1. Very rude unfriendly staff. 2. They don’t like people with brown skin. 3. Rude manager - called Jackie, will not listen and likes to answer questions that are not being asked. Speaks over you, then calls customer rude and aggressive. 4. Unwelcoming to new customers. 5. Expensive. 6. Very unprofessional staff 7. Manager is never there to respond to complaints. 8. No customer service skills. 9. They don’t know how to handle complaints. 10. 0 out of 10, will not be going back. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I love this salon I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. I recently had my eyebrows and lashes done by Amber and she made me feel so pampered and relaxed. I think that she is great, totally professional, and very attentive. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her. The salon itself is lovely, nice atmosphere and the rest of the staff are all very friendly. Thank you Amber for my glam look, my husband loves it. ❤️
