Today was my first visit to The Hideout to see Haylee. I hadn’t had my hair cut for years and my very long curly hair desperately needed sorting out. Haylee was lovely and after a good discussion about my hair she got started. My hair now looks and feels amazing, it’s even glossy! I’m so happy with the result and am definitely going to be returning.
I went to Hideout to get my little girl’s haircut (3&5) and Haylee was brilliant. She was lovely and made the girls feel at ease straight away. As well as giving me some tips to help keep their hair healthy and strong. I would definitely recommend.
This is a very different review from most you will read on here. My mum used this hairdresser for many years. She died recently but had led a long on happy life. Hayley and her team approached their relationship with my mum on a very holistic level. They not only did mum's hair every week but cared about her so much. They approached me when they were concerned about her loved her and became her friends. She loved her weekly trips to the hideout and I cannot thank them enough for her hair, which always looked fabulous, but also for their kindness compassion and love. So if you want that edge from your hairdressers this is your place. Thankyou ladies. She loved you all.

I have been going to Kim for around 4.5 years to have eyebrow and eyelash tints, and more recently the most amazing facials. I experience a lot of tension headaches and Kim's facial massages work wonders to help me relax as well as making my skin lovely and soft. I started visiting Haylee after lockdown and won't go anywhere else in Coventry now. She cuts my hair so well (and I'm a fussy beggar) and when it grows (quickly) it always stays a nice shape. I've had loads of compliments from people but I always pass it Haylee's way as she's the one doing the work! Just as important as their wealth of experience and high standard of the hair styling and therapy sessions is the service. They are both so lovely, funny and really care about their customers. I understand they are increasing prices slightly - I've been saying all the time I've visited the Hideout that they should charge more for the excellent service they offer!

I have been coming to The Hideout since it opened and would never go elsewhere. Kim does the most incredible lashes and Haylee has completely transformed my hair. Customer service is fantastic and I look forward to every visit as I know I will have a giggle with the ladies as well as leave looking and feeling fabulous!
