   I booked an appointment for BIAB French nails on both hands and toes. My booking was confirmed for 4pm, with 45 minutes allocated for toes and 1 hour 30 minutes for hands. I arrived on time, but the moment I walked in, things went downhill. When I told the Asian lady that I had a 4pm appointment, she looked confused and couldn’t seem to find me on the system. I was told to wait because they were behind schedule, which I initially didn’t mind. However, 4:30pm passed and no one updated me until the same lady apologised and told me to continue waiting for the nail tech, Ella, who was still working on another client. I eventually got called over at 5pm, an entire hour after my scheduled time. At this point, I already felt frustrated. During the prep, Ella cut my cuticles in several places. I mentioned it to her, and she did apologise, but it kept happening. When she applied the builder gel and placed my hands under the lamp, every nail started burning intensely. I told her this, and she called over the woman who seemed to be the boss (the Iranian lady). She explained that this can happen if nails are sensitive, which is understandable, but I’ve had my nails done many times at different salons and this has NEVER happened. The product used seemed to be cheap and as Ella was applying it, it just looked so gloopy. The experience continued to feel rushed and uncomfortable. My toes were booked which would have took an extra 45 mins so I asked Ella what time they closed and she said 6pm—yet she still questioned why I didn’t want to continue with my BIAB toes, even though there was clearly no time and I was already in pain from the burning sensation in my nails. It felt unnecessary and pushy. When I went to pay, I was surprised to find out they only accept cash or bank transfer. This was never communicated during booking or at any point, which added even more inconvenience to an already terrible experience. Overall, this was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The wait time, the confusion, the rushed service, the discomfort, and the poor communication were unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning, and I’ve advised friends and family to avoid this place as well. I wouldnt even give this salon a 1 star, but to post my review i have had to. Please save your money everyone.

   I had the worst experience at Jadore Salon today. My appointment was booked for 12pm, but I ended up waiting at least 40–45 minutes before being seen. On top of that, the nail design I showed the nail tech looked nothing like what I asked for — it was completely different and disappointing. After waiting so long, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

   I had such a lovely experience at J’adore Beauty! The salon is clean, cosy, and has a really nice vibe. The team are so friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. You can tell they really care about what they do — they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I left feeling so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Honestly one of the best beauty spots in Coventry xx

   Gorgeous Salon, the staff are amazing and did such a good job with my daughter’s hair. She’s autistic and struggles to stay seated, but the staff were incredibly patient and radiated such lovely energy. Will be coming back to get my hair done. Thank you for the incredible service ❤️

   Kully is honestly what makes this salon. She went above and beyond, even staying extra to finish off a treatment because that’s just who she is — caring and amazing at what she does. She has the bubbliest personality and such a wonderful aura to be around. She truly made my day, and I hope this review makes hers too!

   Arrived to have our nails done for my daughters birthday to be told they couldn’t do her nails so a waste of time and fuel and also an upset daughter I won’t be booking in again so unprofessional and to add insult they had my number and didn’t bother calling to cancel before we got there

   Avoid this place at all costs, I wish I learnt from my first experience with them. I first visited for lash extensions which took the lady almost 3 hours to do only to realize she’s not actually specialized in lashes. Whilst she was doing my lashes she happened to accidentally stab me on the forehead with the lash tweezer. A day later all my lashes literally all fell out which was actually ridiculous. Luckily they agreed to have me back in for another treatment due to realizing their fault with the lashes. This should have been my warning sign to avoid this place but of course I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I then went in to have BIAB manicure and shellac pedicure. The girl doing the nails was absolutely lovely and I couldn’t have faulted her. She did a good job with the French manicure on the hands however a day later the biab started to lift and I wrote in to the salon straight away who proceeded to tell me that this is normal when picking things? Okayyyyyy??? I’m sure biab gel should no way be doing that.. and lifting on more than one finger. I was abroad so had to get this fixed immediately and I even showed them video and picture proof. They couldn’t do anything for me and continued to ignore my messages. I had to spend an extra £10 to get this fixed elsewhere and this new salon told me to avoid them in the future. A day after this my shellac pedicure completely peeled off two of my toes and I sent them videos to prove it and again they ignored me. Horrible customer service and poor service provided by this salon. Absolute waste of money coming here.. never again!

   The best hairdresser in Coventry! So helpful and so experienced! Always helps me look after my hair which had no life before I started going! My hair has improved and my eyebrows are always done perfectly! Seriously don’t know how you do it! I will never change!
