“We had a fabulous time here. 2 teenagers absolutely loved it. 80 minutes of swimming, climbing, running and jumping. The time flew. I sat on the decking and enjoyed an ice cream. It was busy so there was no chance of getting in without a pre booked ticket.”

“This club is amazing! Such friendly people who are there to help you better your skills at kayaking and paddle boarding, or just give you space to enjoy the water at your own leisure. I throughly enjoy the Thursday session and have got more confident on water because of going there, 5*****”

“This was bought for us as a gift, Archery and Axe Throwing. Venue is easy to get to, clean and well set out. Various activities available, each housed in their own specific area, axe throwing, shooting, archery, climbing, shark diving, escape rooms. Each activity needs to be booked separately, age restrictions apply, (18 for shooting, 15 for Axe throwing, 8 for archery, ), so check before booking. Arrive half hour early to book in and fill in waivers and validate parking token for reduced parking charge ,( East 5). Cafe on site , drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. Small gift shop, also reasonably priced. Staff at the venue are helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . Axe throwing in particular was great fun. Full instructions and safety advice is given at activity start, (5 minutes). Axe throwing lasts 45 minutes. Archery was also very good, professionally run with a clear emphasis on safety. Session length was half an hour. Full use of assault course is included in the price, however we didn't use this due to ongoing knee problems, but guests using the course seemed to have a good time. Great day out , sessions could have been slightly longer but would definitely go here again. Prices of activities vary from £20 upwards, booking in advance gets cheaper price . Excellent.”

“Great place for my 4 year old, bouncy castles, role play, soft play and really decent food portions. Went twice in the half term holiday. Only issue is with the parking but there is a free car park down the road.”

“We were visiting family in Coventry and decided to go to The Wave unfortunately due to the time of our visit we were unable to go to a Quiet Time session. My son is autistic so was worried he wouldn’t cope. But he had the most amazing experience along with the rest of the family. Staff were very supportive and understanding which took the stress out of our visit. There were a couple of slides not working but they seemed scary ones which my children wouldn’t have gone on anyway so no impact on us. They loved the slides with boats and the lazy river. Staff were very friendly and well organised! Will definitely be back.”

“Updated 2022 visit! Visited on the 23/12. Was great fun again and a great family day out before Christmas. We didn't do the Santa Grotto, so can't comment on that. Parking their was busy but not hard to park we got there about 30 before the start at 11am. Worth noting parking was £5 for the day. There was a cloakroom charging a pound per item. Most of the rides are included there are some funfair games you have to pay for as well as food and refreshments. It's not cheap but the NEC never is!! Rides are loads of fun and plenty for young children my 6 and 3 year old could go on mostly everything. There was a bike stunt show which was cool. The Circus was great again, same show as last year but kids really enjoyed it. I spend about £150 all in all, but kids had a great day so well worth it. I expect we will go again in December 2023. My only issue is the NEC managing the crowds on leaving, we lined up for the coach, as usual you get people are rude, one barged my son and those who think they are special and try to push in the line. Everyone had children and most people lined up, so beware of getting out in the the rush..”

“We had a birthday party here this weekend and it was fantastic. Will was a brilliant host - friendly, engaging with the children and kept us informed about all the details of the party throughout. We had a few last minute changes (as always happens with kids) and Will was really great allowing us to amend things. Thanks team airhop!”
