We were visiting family in Coventry and decided to go to The Wave unfortunately due to the time of our visit we were unable to go to a Quiet Time session. My son is autistic so was worried he wouldnβt cope. But he had the most amazing experience along with the rest of the family. Staff were very supportive and understanding which took the stress out of our visit. There were a couple of slides not working but they seemed scary ones which my children wouldnβt have gone on anyway so no impact on us. They loved the slides with boats and the lazy river. Staff were very friendly and well organised! Will definitely be back.

The waterpark has the right idea but hasnβt quite got it right. Went off peak 4.30pm session on a Friday. Park was really quiet hardly any queues (less than 4 people infront of you for every slide!) which was really good! The baby park downstairs is in completely the wrong place, itβs feezing cold for any young ones or babies due to the draft coming through the changing rooms. Our baby was shivering when we went down there, so we couldnβt stay. The water also isnβt the warmest, and the air is also quite cold when youβre not in the water. The slides looked really good, the lazy river is a little bit small & the wave pool is tiny. The circle shape of the building is good but really annoying when youβve done a few laps of the building to get to slides. They could do with some rubber matting because itβs really slippery even when walking round. Staff are all quite young, but very friendly and looked to be on the ball with safety. Overall it wasnβt too bad, more suitable for kids 10-16 than any other age. & wish it was a bit warmer!

Looks amazing inside, lots of slides and loads to do for the family. There doesn't seem to be any parking however, at the time of our visit there was a few cars parked outside the doors sneaked through barriers (which doesn't seem to be designated spaces) and others parked around the outside on pavements and double yellows which I was also forced to do. Also unfortunately there isn't a viewing gallery to watch the kids as they swim. They do have a waiting/cafe area as you walk in but the swimming pool is not visible at all unless you are swimming. so bear that in mind if you are hoping to let the kids swim while you watch.

We decided to take a trip to Coventry on Sunday and experience The Wave which is a fully enclosed waterpark. Having pre-booked the check was very simple. We were all given wristbands which after a bit of fiddling managed to open the lockers in the changing village. You first walking past The Reef which is themed for smaller children and has slides, tipping bucket and water jets. Then you have a choice of the wave pool which is the largest in the UK or the smooth flowing lazy river. The other option is choosing one of the 6 flumes on offer with three of them riding on inflatables. Unfortunately on the the day we visited The Torrent was not available! The Wave is well staffed and all are polite and helpful. We parked in the Salt Lane carpark where if you enter you car reg in The Wave on a wall tablet you will receive a discount.

Really a great place. I took my son and 3 of his friend's today and they absolutely loved every minute of it. Great place. My only criticism would be that the slide with the ddors that open beneath your feet wasn't operational today and that was one of the reasons we went today but they still had lots of fun.

The Wave proved to be a fantastic experience! With only Β£26 for the three of us, it was a bargain! The rides were exhilarating, although the queues were a bit of a drag. We couldn't help but think that it would be even better if they had one or two more rides. On the other hand, the changing rooms were surprisingly clean, and the staff were nothing short of friendly. All in all, The Wave is the perfect place to get your adrenaline pumping!

No wonder this brilliant water park is a hit with families; with its well-organised facilities, sparkling cleanliness, and helpful staff, it's the perfect place to take the kids for a splashing good time! Our 8-10-year-olds had the time of their lives, although the long queues for the slides tested their patience after a while. But the excellent value for money compared to other parks made it all worthwhile. We'll be back soon, and we can't wait!

This is the first time me and my boys have been today and we loved it! If you are looking for a reasonable day out with the kids this is the place to go. They have some great slides and we particularly enjoyed the wave pool and the lazy river. I think the prices are reasonable and the 2 hours you get was enough. The wave was busy but not over populated and we didn't have to queue for long at all. I would strongly reccomend this as a day out. The staff were great and really friendly. You can even get a discount on your parking!

Not that great, its pretty small they give you a 2 hour slot yet it took us 25 mins to get onto 1 slide. The worst part is they finish everyone at the same time so after 2 hours the staff start blowing whistles and get everyone into the changing areas, because they are unisex changing rooms everyones in there all at once trying to get into there lockers i was with my 3 young children who got pushed around by everyone trying to shower and get changed we could not even shower due to the number of people waiting. They should have slowly started to get people out rather then doing what they did. Would never go there again, staff were pretty useless all of them had pulled faces and appeared to not wanna be there.

Awesome experience. Great slides, queues not too bad. Park at Salt Lane Car Park which is next door and put your number in the computer at the end of the visit and you get cheap parking.
