Loved outdoor swimming here, clean good changing facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful as I had never swam here before. Will definitely visit again.

Cliff Lakes offers a water park experience that other sites might struggle to reach- the site is massive, yet within the time slot one can easily check everything out. The process from check-in to waterside fun is smooth and the biggest surprise was the fact that there were no hidden extras. One ticket includes a wetsuit and socks AND parking. A truly all inclusive experience at a very good price. It’s well located for the Midlands in general with good road links. What’s not to love?

Fantastic fun for all ages. My first time today for my nephews 9th birthday. 19 of us went. It was brilliant. There is an area to observe that is dog friendly. Children can from the burger van and there is a coffee shop on the observation area. The safety briefing is clear and the guy doing it is an absolute credit to the park. He was helpful and friendly and very funny. Everyone had an amazing time. Everyone wants to go back and if you do they take £9 off your next ticket which is a fantastic offer. Reasonably priced family fun for all!

Here’s a polished version of your review for Google: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great water park with loads of facilities! We did the dragon boat racing, which was fantastic and so much fun. The Aqua Park was a real highlight—perfect for keeping the kids entertained for hours. The café was good, the lake wasn’t too cold, and the whole place was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Well worth a visit!

We had a fabulous time here. 2 teenagers absolutely loved it. 80 minutes of swimming, climbing, running and jumping. The time flew. I sat on the decking and enjoyed an ice cream. It was busy so there was no chance of getting in without a pre booked ticket.

Kids loved it. Staff were all really kind and friendly, kids really appreciated this. Fun hour and freezing temps at end of season. Definitely be back. Parking £3 didn't need to pay after check in Reg on screens at reception. Wet suits and life jackets provided. Paid extra for anti slip socks. I guess you could use jump socks with grippers as same thing. Kids said this made a lot of difference. Changing rooms and warmer machine available. Burger van and facility for drinks to buy. Nice cheap tea £1. Plenty of benches for sitting watching and snacking.

Great experience on the actual park however there were a few aspects that were more disappointing. The variety of floats was much better than any other similar attraction I had been to however it felt like some of them needed a clean and a lot of them had moss inside. Additionally the queue to get food and drink was really long and considering how popular it is they might like to expand the provision. Otherwise a lovely Saturday out!

Was there for the first time. Tickets needs to be booked before online. Car park is free, when you come up to reception there you just need register your car number plate. After you need to go and get wetsuit, but also you can choose to stay in your own swimming suit. Also life vest is given. At reception you can buy socks which makes bit easier to go on all inflatables. They cost £2.50 pair, or when you book your tickets online you can add it there. After you changed and get your wetsuit and life vest, nobody told we needed to get safety instructions, that was just a but confusing. Cause we came up for the first time and didn't exactly knew what we needed to do. We booked time slot at 15.00 and get into water atound 15.20. Session is for 1h and they called us out of water 16.20. So we still got our 1h. We really enjoyed it. And I was surprised how many things you can do there. Even 1h seems like not as much to go through completely everything, but 1h is enough to enjoy it and get real tired and happy!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Excellent staff from start to finish. Couldn't be more accommodating. Felt totally safe the whole time and the water was lovely and warm. Would definitely recommend for confident swimmers and we will definitely be returning

Me and the kids absolutely loved this! We had some right belly laughs! Water was 'fresh' as the instructor described but the wet suit and the swimming/climbing etc certainly keeps you warm! For £20 each I think this is a brilliant affordable activity and worth every penny! Clear instructions and not too many to remember, lots of life guards about, helpful friendly staff. Changing rooms, toilets, plenty of space for spectators, plenty of parking. Parking was free for us as we'd booked an activity which I was really impressed with. Only negative is the food at the burger van is a bit pricey. Can make use of both areas of the aqua park, both for adults and kids. Some very challenging obstacles. Very organised. Would definitely visit again!
