   I have recently had two appointments for Swift treatment at Coventry Foot Clinic with Julia Maxwell, and I feel it’s only right to share the outstanding experience I’ve had from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the clinic, Julia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She immediately put me at ease, which was especially important for me as I had been quite anxious before my initial procedure. Julia’s expertise and knowledge in treating verrucae are evident from the very first consultation. She took the time to thoroughly explain what the Swift treatment involves, how it works, what to expect during the procedure, and what the recovery process would look like. She made sure I understood everything clearly, answering all my questions and never rushing any part of the appointment. Her calm and friendly manner made me feel like I was speaking to someone I had known for years, which helped ease a lot of my nerves. What also stood out to me was her professionalism combined with genuine care and empathy. Many clinics simply treat you with no genuine care/empathy, but Julia goes above and beyond. After my procedure, she followed up with me to check how I was doing, provided detailed aftercare advice, and reassured me that if I had any questions or concerns, I could contact her at any time- that level of support is rare and truly appreciated. The pricing at her clinic is also very fair compared to other places/clinics I looked into. Despite the affordability, the quality of care is exceptional. I started seeing fast and impressive results after my first treatment, and I am now fully healed. To be completely honest, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Julia has been fantastic from beginning to end; kind, skilled, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She carries out her work with the highest standards of professionalism while still making you feel totally comfortable and looked after. The entire process was smooth, reassuring, and much easier than I expected, thanks to her. I highly, highly recommend Julia Maxwell at Coventry Foot Clinic to anyone needing verruca treatment or any foot care in general.    GO TO JULIA AND NOT YOUR GP. Julia was fantastic from start to finish. She has incredible expertise and is extremely caring and kind. She treated an autistic patient who had ptsd from recent life saving surgery, it was extremely stressful for the patient to have a foot procedure but Julia was brilliant at being reassuring and considerate. Julia explained everything clearly, and acted with the highest professionalism and consideration. Julia made sure the patient was comfortable and angled the chair so the patient couldn’t see the procedure. The procedure was quickly done and it was made clear that if there were any issues or questions, she would absolutely be there to answer anything. No problems arose, but it was wonderful to have that support offered. Most people just treat you and send you on your way, whereas Julia actually cares. Several GPs had misled us into thinking we could just take antibiotics and not need treatment, having researched we knew this wasn’t true and instead of waiting even longer for a chiropodist with the NHS - we saw Julia. We wish we had done so sooner, Julia knows about feet and will get you sorted asap. The GPs do not. Trust me on this, we waited weeks to be messed about and everything got worse and was so painful when it didn’t have to be this way. 6/5 stars.

   Absolutely no hesitation in recommending ‘Coventry Foot Clinic’. Underwent double ‘toe nail’ surgical procedure with Julia 2 months ago. Fully explained throughout including follow up appointments. All gone exactly as it should! Also see Peter every 6/7 weeks for routine foot maintenance, toe nail cutting, hard skin, corns etc! Not the nicest of subjects but for someone on their feet a lot over the years worth every penny. Excellent service, personable professionals, easy to access, extremely clean and very reasonably priced.

   Highly recommend! Julia was amazing from my consultation as I wasn’t sure that was wrong with my toe, she explained all my options and even offered to do the treatment on the spot. However she was completely understanding when I wanted to think about this, she never once hassled me, and easily booked me back in. When I needed to change my appointment time they were so helpful in arranging this. Julia was extremely reassuring and made me feel so at ease, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed. Amazing service and lovey staff! Thank you so much, my toe has healed amazingly with the provided aftercare! :)

   Quick Efficient Booking Process with friendly and helpful service. Good aftercare and support post-procedure. Hopefully I won’t have to go back anytime soon but if I ever needed treatment for anything related to my feet again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book another appointment in the future. I would definitely recommend this clinic to those in the Coventry Area.

   I sought the Coventry Foot Clinic and treatment for a mass of verrucas on the underside of my feet that I had tried everything for years to get rid off. Then a wart appeared on my thumb which was very painful and one of the verrucas on the foot became excruciatingly painful and affected my walking. After only 3 Swift treatments, the wart on my thumb disappeared and most of the verrucas on my feet, I had so many that some actually joined together. I am due a few more treatments but my feet are almost clear. I cannot recommend this treatment highly enough. It is expensive but so worth every penny. It is uncomfortable but only for a second or two at a time for 15 minutes, but totally worth it. Julia is a darling and a consummate professional who is amazing at her job. Don’t hesitate if you have verruca problems. Do Swift and contact Julia. Thank you.

   Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. Julia made me feel totally at ease during my consultation and recomended what treatment was needed explaining everthing throroughly. On the day of my procedure again Julia made me feel totally relaxed as I was very nervous. Although a little unconfortable the injections were fine and Julia didn't start the procedure till I was totally numb. Once she started I sat back and listened to my headphones and before I knew it the whole procedure was complete and I was bandaged up. I did not feel a thing. I honestly can't recomend her enough. I've suffered with and severe ingrowing toenail for around 2 years as the last procedure I had done by my doctor was a disaster. I'm now totally pain free and walking normally.

   I had verruca’s for number of years despite trying number of numerous treatments no much help, I went to see Julia at the Coventry foot clinic,she started the swift treatment , After a few treatments my verruca disappeared.    Visited the clinic after my daughter being in complete agony for months with Ingrowing toenails, from ringing up to make an appointment & then having a consultation to the actual surgery has all been dealt with so quickly & with so much care & attention. The lady we seen was Julia & she was so lovely with my daughter, explaining everything to her & constantly asking if she was ok. My daughter has not had much pain at all & is healing nicely. The after care has been really good too, and Julia is more than happy to be contacted if there are any problems at all. Thanks to Julia I have a happy child & no longer have to hear the words “mum my toes are so sore” so thank you & thank you for being so kind & caring.
