   I spoke to Leah McArthur in the Property Sales Team. She was very friendly, polite, extremely helpful and efficient. She saved me well over £250 on my current provider's best quote and even took the time to reduce the quote her company had sent me by a further £50 whilst increasing my cover and adding other features (public liability etc.) Cannot praise this employee highly enough - I'll certainly be in touch next year for another quote and hope to have the pleasure of speaking to Leah again.

   Peacock Insurance cancelled my insurance. What is particularly concerning is that payments continued to be taken from my account even after the cancellation date, which should not have occurred under any circumstances. I have attempted to contact the company to address this matter, yet the issue remains unresolved. The lack of clear communication, the premature cancellation despite timely documentation, and the ongoing unauthorised payments have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected a professional level of service, especially after fulfilling all their requirements. Unfortunately, my experience has been far below the standard one would reasonably expect from an insurance provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Peacock Insurance and urge potential customers to exercise caution.

   Renewed my caravan insurance today with Lashana Powell,she was very helpful in helping me tailor my insurance to meet my needs, Lashana explained everything in detail and help me understand every thing and anything i needed to know,if i was not sure about anything she explained in more detail,she was very pleasant to speak to and a friendly voice over the phone. With her pleasant and helpful attitude i chose to renew with Peacock insurance services.

   I have dealt previously with Peacock Insurance Services for Landlord insurance for one of my rental properties. When the insurance on another of my rental properties was due for renewal I had no hesitation in contacting Peacock Insurance Services for a quote. The quote was competitive and I was contacted by Leah a sales consultant on several occasions to ensure I had the correct cover for my needs. On each conversation Leah was positive and professional and ensured I had the correct level of cover without adopting a hard sell attitude. Given the help and assistance from Leah and the competitive price offered I had no hesitation in purchasing my insurance from Peacock Insurance Services.

   From the very first call to this compony I dealt with a young man called Eesa Akhalwaya. He tells me he has only been in the job a short time and it is first job in life. His professionalism and his approach to his job is a credit to him. The compony must have a standard of training that is second to none. He called me back each time he said he would they all my questions were answered honestly and it was a very smooth transaction. I cancelled my policy with Gallagher insurance Brooker whome I have been with for the last 3 years. As Peacocks insurance were £700 less, and the young man at the other end of the phone made it so much easier. I would have no trouble recommending my friends and family to Peacocks.    The company itself is just like any other broker. On comparison website 1 quote is given then u call and that quote can't be given and a new provider usually is bit more expensive, but u have no choice u have to take it. Typical insurence company tricks of the trade. However my advisor Louis was great. Friendly, polite bit of a jack the lad but down to earth which I liked, did what he cud to try reduce price so no issues there keep up the great work and attitude mate, your an asset to your company.
